Objective: To study the effect of diverse procedures using for intraoperative homeostasis on ovarian function in ovarian cyst resection under laparoscopic. which will provide the theoretical basis for clinical decision-making to protect ovarian function. Methods: 120 cases of benign ovarian cysts were randomly divided into electric coagulation group, suture group and oppressed group. Venous blood was sampled to detect the levels of serum FSH, LH in the 2nd or 3rd day of menstrual flow before and after the operation. In the meanwhile, transvaginal uhrasonography was applied to detect two sides ovary artery peak systolic velocity(PSV) and the numbers of the sinus shape follicle(F0). Patients were followed-up for 6 months to observe the volume of menstrual flow and the variation of menstrual cycle. Results: The levels of serum E2, PSV and F0 in the electric coagulation group were significantly lower in the first and the 6th month after the operation compared to those in the pre-operation period. while the FSH levels increased at the same time, which had significant difference(P<0.05); The levels of serum PSV and F0 in the suture group and the oppressed group were significantly decreased in the first and the 6th month after the operation compared to those in the pre-operation period, and the concentration of FSH in the 6th month after the operation were dramatically increased in the suture group. The levels of PSV in the first month after the operation, the levels of FSH, E2, PSV and F0 in the the 6th month after the operation in the suture group and the oppressed group were significantly different from those in the electric coagulation group. Both PSV in the first month and the levels of E2 in the the 6th month after the operation in the suture group were significantly different from those of the oppressed group. Results: Endoscopic bilateral ovarian endometriosis chocolate after cystectomy may cause a decline in ovary reserve function. The basic serum FSH、LH、E2、F0、PSV can well reflect the ovarian function.Comparing with hemostasis by electric coagulation, The application of hemostasis by suture and hemostasis by compression could provide better protection for ovary function.
