Objective:To discuss the relationship between the differential diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction(ACI) and the blood glucose and fructosamine level.Methods:150patients with (ACI) were divided into hyperactivity of the Meridian-phlegm stagnancy group, the liver-yang type, the visceral phlegm-heat accumulation, the qi-deficiency with blood stasis group and Yin-deficiency and wind-stir type. Then the blood glucose and fructosamine of the patients were measured and compared with healthy people. Results:About blood glucose the detection rates of the qi-deficiency with blood stasis group and Yin-deficiency and wind-stir type were higher than that of control group(p<0.05). About fructosamine the detection rate of the qi-deficiency with blood stasis group was higher than that of control group(p<0.05).Conclusion There is the relationship between the differential diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction and the blood glucose and fructosamine level.
