With the acceleration of China’s people’s lifestyle changes and the aging of the population, the cerebral infarction has become one of the common diseases in the elderly. Atherosclerosis is the most common cause of cerebral infarction, followed by hypertension and diabetes, abnormal blood lipid and hyper homocysteinemia. Treatment based on syndrome differentiation in TCM to diagnosis, to accurately grasp the disease syndrome. Stroke is a disease, syndrome distribution is complex and the individual difference is big, the distribution rules of syndrome elements of the disease there are a lot of research, but the research on blood lipid, blood glucose, homocysteine and TCM syndrome elements of acute cerebral infarction is not much correlation. Objective:a preliminary study on the relationship between acute cerebral infarction serum lipids, blood glucose, homocysteine and the elements of syndromeMethods:100 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction, according to blood lipid, blood sugar, homocysteine values were divided into normal group and abnormal group, collected from patients with general information, clinical manifestations and laboratory examinat ion results, and on the basis of "ischemic stroke syndromes elements diagnostic scale" of TCM syndromes score, the application of SAS 20 software for statistical analysis of data results.Results:1. The patients with cerebral infarction in acute syndrome syndrome factor distribution:syndromes distribution frequency of acute cerebral infarction in this study frommore to less as the wind, phlegm, blood stasis, internal heat, Qi deficiency, yindeficiency, among them, the three most common syndrome factors at the same time, with the wind+phlegm wet+blood stasis.2. The relationship between acute cerebral infarction patients with blood lipid, blood glucose, homocysteine and syndrome elements:the data analysis showed that the P values of fasting blood glucose and blood lipid were greater than 0.05, the distribution of syndrome elements of serum lipids, blood glucose of acute cerebral infarction was not significantly different. The homocysteine and phlegmy wet P value is less than 0.05, suggesting that the acute cerebral infarction homocysteine and phlegm wet distribution have significant difference, no statistical difference with other syndrome elements.Conclusion:1. The syndrome distribution frequency of acute cerebral infarction in this study from more to less as the wind, phlegm wet, blood stasis, Qi deficiency and yin deficiency, among them, the three most common syndrome factors at the same time, with the wind+ phlegm wet+blood stasis.2. The blood glucose, bloodlipid and syndrome elements in patients with acute cerebral infarction has no obvious relativity.3. Homocysteine in patients with acute cerebral infarction and phlegm wet syndrome elements have obvious relativity.
