Objective: To investigate the influence of portal vein chemotherapy with5-FU forcolorectal cancer on postoperative hematogenous micrometastasis of tumor cells.Method: The institutes admitted50patients with colorectal cancer using a randomnumber table is divided into a treatment group and a control group of25cases in eachtreatment group during accept the portal vein chemotherapy after radical surgery forcolorectal cancer, and nested RT-PCR was used to detect the patient’s blood theCK20mRNA, the control group patients only mere acceptance of colorectal cancersurgery. Also set the peripheral blood samples of10healthy persons as normal crowdcontrol, that is, the normal group. Results: The positive rate of the treatment groupand the control group in the peripheral venous blood after surgery CK20mRNA arebetter than before the surgery significant improvement of nature, and the differencewas statistically significant (P <0.05), taken immediately after the two surgical portalvein blood peripheral venous blood between the CK20mRNA of the positive ratedifferences were statistically significant (P>0.05), by intravenous chemotherapy, blood in the first10,30days after surgery, the outer periphery of the positive rate thanCK20mRNA surgery (immediately) dropped a lot, and the gap was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05), however, simply accept the colorectal cancer surgery patients inthe first10,30days after surgery, the outer peripheral blood CK20mRNA positiverate with surgery (immediate) compared, the difference was not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05). Conclusion: The patient to peripheral blood CK20mRNAsensitive indicators can be used as colorectal cancer micrometastases detected bychemotherapy before surgery, CK20mRNA significant decline,5-FU chemotherapybefore surgery can effectively reduce the peripheral blood of patients with back themicrometastases degree of venous blood flow entry, worthy of further clinical use andpromotion.
