| Objective:To investigate the expression and correlation analysis of DOG1andS-100in CD117-negative GIST.Methods:First, data collection of the27cases in First Affiliated Hospital of NanChang University in February2005-February2013.Second,the second data collectionof other13cases who has made a diagnosis and treatment as the control group. Theabove-mentioned cases have been all confirmed. Third, the application ofimmunohistochemical staining to examine the expression of DOG1and S-100in thesecond group of cases. Fourth, the analysis of the relationship between the relativefactors of clinical cases and its risks.Application of its immunohistochemistry(Immunohistochemistry, IHC) and image analysis software Image-proPlus6.0detected in two patients in the expression of DOG1and S-100, and to explore therelationship between clinicopathological factors and the risk of and analyzed. Post-data analysis using SPSS18.0system, detection methods include ANOVA (Analysisof variance, ANOVA), t test, χ2test, setting P <0.05for the difference wasstatistically significant. Results:The expression of DOG1ã€S-100and the difference of the age andgender of patientsã€tumor sizeã€locationã€mitotic count and risk were not statisticallysignificant(P>0.05). In the experimental group, DOG1positive expression was higherthan S-100,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In control group,S-100positive expression was higher than DOG1,the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05), too. Conclusion: In GIST, DOG1is a Specific immunohistochemical indexcomposition with higher sensibility compared to CD117.S-100has better specialtyand complementarity when it was used in the diagnosis of CD117negative. And thejoint inspection of S-100,in particular, can help CD117-negative GIST anddifferentiate gastric schwannoma。But DOG1and S-100can not be used as theevaluation of benign and malignant degree of immune markers. |
