Gastrointestinal stromal tumour(GIST) is the most common mesenchymal tumors of the digestive tract. Activating mutations of KIT or PDGFRA has been identified in the vast majority of GIST. Because with smooth muscle or histologically is difficult to distinguish neurogenic tumor, so commonly used immunohistochemical method auxiliary diagnosis.Now,CD117,CD34 has become the main diagnostic standard diagnostic GIST.In recent years DOG1 is newly discovered selective expression of protein in GIST,it is the 11q13 by human CCND1 - EMS1 loci encoded 8 times wear membrane protein, recent research suggests it may be related to calcium ion adjust the door control protein. For epithelial appearance stomach stromal tumor, PDGFRA mutation stromal tumor, gastrointestinal outer qualitative tumor, metastatic stromal tumor and pediatric stromal tumor, the DOG1 all have good sensitivity and specificity.AND the application of DOG1 single resistance DOG1 more determined the diagnostic accuracy of and specificity, because the specificity in their GIST expression, the DOG1 has gradually recognized CD117, CD34 common joint gastrointestinal stromal tumor diagnosis. Especially for CD117 or CD34 negatie cases have more good complementary to each other.Application immunohistochemical method S-P to detect 49 cases the expression of CD117,CD34,DOG1 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors, and analysis of the relationship between immunohistochemical indicators in expression and clinicopathologic correlation factors. Risk degree of these cases were graded , further discuss the relationship between the immunohistochemical indicators in expression and risk degree.49 cases in this group, the positive expression rate of CD117,CD34,DOG1 in gastrointestinalstromal tumors was 93.88%(46/49),79.59%(39/49)and 93.88%(46/49); the positive expression rate of DOG1in different gender, age, location and risk degree was no significant difference between the statistical significance, P >0.05.DOG1 as a new marker for GIST had the same high sensitivity of CD117 and CD34.And CD117,CD34 joint for the diagnosis of GIST had a good complementary, especially for GIST for CD117 negative or CD34 negative had greater advantages, but DOG1 can not be used as a indicator of risk by GIST. Because of its expression level in different age, gender, location are no relationship,P>0.05,and in the DOG1 expression level between different risk without obvious difference. Based on the degree and malignant potential malignant tumor entity, need unifies, cell division size Ki-67, and other factors。...
