Leflunomide On The Research Of The Effect And Intervention Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy Proteinuria

Objective:To observe the effect of leflunmoide on the proteinuria in patientswith diabetic nephropathy and its safety.Methods:From December2012to January2014in Qinghai province people’shospital30patients (confirmed by renal biopsy)with24hour proteinuria excretionover1.0g,who meet the clinical criteria for diabetic nephropathy.They were dividedinto two groups randomly.15patients (the control group) were treated with regulardose ARB,valsartan(the trade name:Diovan)80mg/d. Another15patients (thetreatment group) received the combined were treated with leflunomide (LEF)20mg/dand valsartan80mg/d. Quantitative of proteinuria in24hour,serum albumin(ALB),hypersensitive3C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP),BUN,serum creatinine, liver function,blood routine examination,which were detected on before the treatment,4weeks,12weeks after treatment.Results:1.24hours urinary protein quantitative and Hs-CRP were positivelycorrelated (p<0.05), and negatively correlated with ALB (p<0.05), and Scr nocorrelation (p>0.05).2.The control group and treatment group4weeks and12weeksafter treatment,24hours urinary protein quantitative and Hs-CRP decreased,ALBrised.They were statistically significant（p<0.05）4weeks and12weeks aftertreatment,the treatment group patients with24-hour urine protein quantitative,Hs-CRP decreased more significantly, serum albumin increase more obvious than thecontrol group.Three indicators are statistically significant（p<0.05）.Conclusions:1.Leflunomide combined valsartan in treating diabetic nephropathyproteinuria, curative effect is obvious,which is better than single application ofvalsartan.2.Leflunomide on the patient’s kidney function had no obvious effect,sothe clinical application of leflunomide treatment of DN proteinuria is aneffective,safe method.
