Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of The Diabetic Nephropathy Proteinuria And Nitrogen Qualitative Hematic Disease Research

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine on diabetic nephropathy. Summarizing treatment methods of Buqishengqing and Yangyinhuoxue on diabetic nephropathy proteinuria and azotemia, and understanding of the machine in TCM of DN by Professor Ximing Liu.MethodsThe first step Based on literature retrieval and expert consultation," Investigation Table of TCM Syndromes of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria and azotemia " was made.The second step Treatment:basic treatment (diet control and exercise and medicine Control of blood glucose and blood pressure and blood fat) and the treatment of Buqishengqing and Yangyinhuoxue combined.The third step Data was collected based on different prieods of0、1、3、6,0as preliminary examination. Clinical symptoms of TCM, urinary protein quantitative, eGFR, renal function, blood lipid quantitative, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood pressure were observed.The clinical effect was evaluated by comparing those above indexes before and after treatment.The fouth step Statistical analysis. SPSS17.0was used. Experimental data to mean value±standard deviation (x±s), were compared by paired T-test.Resultsclinical symptom The treatment of Bushengqing and Yangyinhuoxue can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of DN clinical proteinuria and azotemia patients. The total clinical efficiencies after treatment of3,6months are93.33%,higher than40.00%after treatment of1month. After treatment, fatigue, dropsy, soreness and weakness of waist and knees and aversion to cold, these main symptoms reduced significantly.The numbers of cases with these symptoms above are15/15、13/15、14/15、12/15in0month,and then reduced to6/15、2/15、3/15、4/15after6months.And symptom scores reduced too,1month (P<0.05),3months (P<0.01),6months (P<0.01). In the observation period, with prolonged treatment, symptom scores reduce the amplitude increases, symptoms improved significantly.Urinary protein Urinary protein excretion was reduced significantly after1month (P<0.05),3months (P<0.01),6months (P<0.01) treatment. In the observation period, the mean percentage of urine protein decreased is58.33%after6months, higher than23.51%(3months) and2.26%(1months). The mean value of urinary protein reduced from (2.46±1.68)g/24h to (0.87±0.80)g/24h. The numbers of cases of urine protein decreased by50%are0/15、4/15、9/15after treatment of1month,3months,6months. The numbers of cases of urine protein<0.5g/24h are0/15、1/15、8/15. eGFR eGFR improved significantly after treatment of3months,3months(P<0.05),6months(P<0.01). In the observation period, the mean percentage of eGFR increased is35.23%(6months), higher than21.58%(3months) and13.85%(1month). The mean value of eGFR increased from(62.40±26.46)ml/min/1.73m2to (77.86±20.06)ml/min/1.73m2.Renal function Scr was reduced significantly after treatment of3months,3months (P <0.01),6months (P<0.01). The mean value of Scr reduced from (125.87±43.02)umol/L to (93.87±16.37)umol/L. There were no significant differences in the overall treatment in UA and BUN (P>0.05).Glucose and lipid metabolism CHO, TG and HbA1c%were reduced significantly after treatment of3months, CHO3months (P<0.01),6months (P<0.05); TG3months (P <0.05),6months (P<0.01); HbA1c%3months (P<0.01),6months (P<0.01).The number of HbA1c%<7.0%is14/15(93.33%) after treatment of6months.Blood pressure Basic treatment combined the treatment of Buqishengqing and Yangyinhuoxue can reduce blood pressure. The effect associated with the time to treatment, diastolic pressure and systolic pressure were reduced from3months(P<0.01), diastolic pressure was reduced from1month (P<0.05).Conclude Basic treatment combined the treatment of Buqishengqing and Yangyinhuoxue can improve the clinical symptoms, renal function and glucose and lipid metabolism, reduce proteinuria and blood pressure, increased eGFR, delay the process of DN, The effect associated with the time to treatment,6months better than3months and1month.
