Hospital Culture Diagnosis Method Study Based On SMART Principles

The soft cultural power will dominate the future market competition, which has become the consensus. Also, the competition of modern medical services market will turn to the internal culture from the material conditions of products, technology, equipment and scale, etc. At present, the construction of hospital culture has attracted extensive attention, most hospitals have carried out this work, but few hospitals can really grasp the essence of the cultural construction, the lack of a clear understanding of all aspects of the process of cultural construction, which often result in hospital culture construction amounted to less than ideal results.Diagnosis of hospital culture as the basic aspects of the cultural construction, has a pivotal role in shaping and innovating for the hospital culture. However, how to carry out the diagnosis of the hospital culture, make the hospital culture can really internalized in the heart, melt in the situation, cured in the system, perform in the behavior, manifest in the matter, urgent need to study of cultural scholars and hospital administrators. This article is based on the principle of SMART preliminary study of the diagnostic indicator system of hospital culture, trying to explore the culture diagnosis process that suitable for China’s national conditions, sort out the internal relations of the culture diagnostic indicator system, to improve the implementation process cultural construction.This article main body is divided into four parts, expanded according to the "background-method study-case study-outlook".The introduction, mainly conducted diagnostic studies of hospital culture background, significance, methods, ideas, features, inadequacies and current situation, introduced the main origin and content of this article. The first chapter, mainly from the definitions, characteristics, functions, introduced the studying theories and methods of the hospital culture and cultural diagnosis, provided a global perspective for cultural diagnostic study. The second chapter was the main subject of the article, started from establishing index system diagnosis of the hospital culture, analyzed fully the preparation, implementation and end of the hospital culture diagnosis, ended as creating a culture of learning hospital, to produce the hospital culture diagnostic study achieve a higher level. The third chapter selected part of the cultural diagnosis work from Hubei Cancer Hospital as a case, specifically studied hospital culture background, atmosphere, methodology, effect assessment and feedback process of the diagnostic work, learned from the experience, expected to provide a reference for more hospitals’ culture diagnosing. The fourth chapter is the concluding part of the article, be inspired through the exposition of the first three chapters of the issues, raised for the conclusion from the hospital culture diagnostic study on ideologically, methods, processes, and come to outlook finally.
