A Study On The Cultural Construction Of The First People's Hospital Of Changzhou

With the continuous development of the market economy,the medical market is becoming increasingly competitive,and the advantages brought by the technical equipment and advanced instruments are gradually lost.The hospital began to implement the cultural construction strategy in order to survive and develop,strengthen the hospital cohesion,establish a good image of the hospital in the new period and obtain the recognition of the public.In this context,The First People's Hospital of Changzhou began to implement the hospital culture construction strategy.The implementation of cultural strategy help the hospital achieve the goal of sustainable development of the hospital,improve the hospital's medical quality,enhance the staff's sense of belonging to the hospital and improve the hospital environment.It also produced a good reputation in the hearts of patients.However,there are still some problems in the process of cultural construction: the lack of theoretical guidance,the design of the system and the implementation of the system culture are not in place,the construction of the individual culture of the hospital needs to be strengthened and the medical humanities education is still in the initial stage and so on.Based on the theory of cultural value,semiotics and acceptance theory,this paper takes the construction of hospital culture of The First People's Hospital of Changzhou as a case study.On the basis of summarizing the practical experience of its ten years of cultural construction,this paper systematically analyzes the construction of hospital culture and put forward the future of Changzhou City First People's Hospital of cultural construction from the perfect system design,strengthen the theoretical guidance of the top design,deepen the people-oriented service management philosophy,strengthen the humanities education and cultural construction of organic Unified,and ultimately the formation of patients,the government,the community and the third sector and other parties to participate inthe construction of a new pattern of hospital culture.
