Objective:To investigate the effect of dendritic cells (dendritic cell, DC) combined cytokine-induced killer cells (cytokine-induced kill cell, CIK) on expression of blood Tlymphocyte subsets and immunoglobul in patients with hematological malignancies. Methods:Select the twenty-five cases of malignant blood tumor patients were selectde in this study. There were10males,15females, the median age was60years,(16~76years);19patients with acute myeloid leukemia,4patients with non Hodgkin’s lymphoma,2cases of multiple myeloma. All patients received chemotherapy AML patients and multiple myeloma patients had achieved befire the infusion of DC-CIK cells before treatmentreached complete remission in patients with DC-CIK cell non Hodgkin’s lymphoma; lymphoma cell infiltration. Not found in bone marrow and blood injection in front, and the exclusion of patients with T cell lymphoma.using blood cell separator collection object of study of peripheral blood mononuclear cells, obtained by in vitro amplification of DC and CIK cells, and quality inspection of DC-CIK cells were divided into four times through a peripheral vein returned to the patient, draw peripheral venous blood of patients in respectively before treatment and after3weeks, detection the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin, and observed adverse reactions and safety during treatment, And30cases of non-cancer patients with a comparative analysis. Results:After treatment, the CD3+, CD3+CD8+, CD3+CD16+CD56+, CD3CD16+CD56+cells of the25patients were peripheral blood was significantly increased (P<0.05); CD3+CD4+T cells and peripheral blood immunoglobulin (IgG, IgM, IgA) after treatment were not changed significantly as compared with that before treatment (P>0.05); During treatment of DC-CIK cells,2patients had a transient fever, which relieved itself. Compared with non-cancer patients, patients with hematological malignancies CD3+, CD4+, NK and NKT cells were significantly decreased (P<0.05), while the peripheral blood IgG, IgM and IgA concentrations did not change significantly (P>0.05).Conclusion:DC-CIK cell immunotherapy is safe and effective, it can significantly improve the number of tumor-killing T cells and effector cells of patient and enhance the function of anti-tumor immunity, it will be a new method of the treatment of hematologic malignancies.
