Objective: The prevalence of coronary heart disease and type2diabetes areincreasing with the acceleration of the aging of society, nowadays, the old isbecoming the main population of coronary heart and type2diabetes.The objective of this experiment is aimed at analyzing the impact of the severityof coronary lesions in patients and providing the basis for the prevention andtreatment of senile coronary heart disease and type2diabetes by comparing coronaryangiography results and general clinical information of type2diabetes coronary heartdisease and type2coronary heart disease between the60-year-old and older patients. Methods: In this retrospective study, the elderly patients (n=272), donecoronary artery angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease, were chosein ifrst hospital of shan xi medical university between April2011to October2011. Ingenerally, the patients can be divided into T2DM group (N=94,coronary heartdisease (CHD) combined with type2diabetes,42patients were male,52cases werewomen, age66.60+5.15) and N-T2DM group (N=178,coronary heart diseasepatients with type2diabetes,97patients were male,81patients were female, age67.95+5.54),according to whether or not the merger with diabetes.Collecting the detailed medical records of all subjects, recording the gender, age, date of birth, height(H),weight(W), admission pulse, blood pressure, coronary heartdisease history, the general clinical data of the history of hypertension, a history oftype2diseases and smoking history; Recording fasting12hours after the fastingplasma glucose(FPG), total cholesterol (TC), trigiyceride(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), uricacid(UC),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and other tests; Recording detailsof the results of coronary angiography, the diseased vessel name, including coronaryartery disease, the number of blood vessels, the degree of stenosis and diffuse lesions.Calculating the patient’s body mass index(BMI) and smoking index. The Gensiniscore calculated in patients with coronary artery quantitative analysis of the severityof the patients with coronary artery. General clinical data of the two groups, theinspection indicators and results of coronary lesions by comparison analysis.Results:(1)ComparedT2DM group with N-T2DM group, the composition of two groupswas not signiifcantly difference in age, body mass index, the number of cigarettessmoked, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and high blood pressure(P〉0.05),but the average weight index of the two groups (T2DM:25.03kg/m2N-T2DM:kg/m2) was in the overweight range (24.0kg/m2-27.9kg/m2); In addition, the positive rate of smoking in the T2DM group was signiifcantly lower than theN-T2DM group, and the relationship is statistically signiifcant(P<0.05);(2)Compared T2DM group with N-T2DM group, TC v TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、left ventricular ejection was not signiifcant difference(P>0.05) in the two groups;blood uric acid level T2DM group was signiifcantly higher than the N-T2DM group, the relationship was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05);(3)Compared T2DM group with N-T2DM group, the triple vessel disease ratiosigniifcantly in T2DM group higher than N-T2DM group, and the relationshipbetween the two groups was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05); in addition, T2DMgroup with single vessel disease ratio was signiifcantly lower than N-T2DM group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05);however, the double vessel disease ratio between the two groups was no statistically signiifcant difference(P>0.05); the T2DM group diffuse lesions was signiifcantlyhigher than N-T2DM group, and the difference between the groups was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05);(4)ComparedT2DM group with N-T2DM group, LM> LCX、RCA involvementrate and collateral circulation formation rate between the two groups showed nostatistically signiifcant differences (P>0.05); LAD involvement rate differencebetween the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)Compared T2DM group with N-T2DM group, the T2DM group Gensiniscore was signiifcantly higher than the N-T2DM group, and the difference betweenthe two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusions:(1)Patients with type2diabetes in elderly patients with coronary heart, multivessel disease, the degree of stenosis and diffuse characterized;(2)There is more challenge in female patients to have the risk of type2diabetespatients with coronary heart disease than males patients;(3)Bodymass index of patients with type2diabetes patients with coronary heartdisease, blood lipids and uric than in elder patients with type2diabetes in patientswith coronary heart disease.
