The Clinical Study Of Amniotic Membrane Combined With Rhubarb And Mirabilite Promoting Skin Wound Healing After Cesarean Section

Background:In recent years,along with the puerperas’ higher requirement of living quality and healing of skin incision after caesarean section, more and more attention has paied to how to alleviating pain and achieve scarless healing.The important role of raditional chinese medcine hominis in the healing of skin incision has been widely reported,which is mainly from the amnion of placenta.It has many vital function,such as reinforcing qi and nourishing blood,reducing infection,activing renewable stem cells and capillaries regenerating.The important role of compatibility of rhubarb and mirabilite in the healing of skin incision has been improved.Rhubarb can clear heat and cool blood.Meanwhile,mirabilite has the role of apocatastasis relieving pain. Separate application of amniotic membrane and rhubarb-mirabilite in clinical work has been reported in the domestic.However,compatibility of amnion and rhubarb-mirabilite has scarcely any reports.This study will explore the important curative effect of compatibility of amnion and rhubarb-mirabilite in skin incision healing.Objective:Study different ways to deal with skin incision of caesarean section, to judge ceasarean section healing through assess paining swelling,scaring,insicion healing level.To investigate the effect of amniotic membrane combined with rhubarb and mirabilite promoting the healing of incision.Methods:Selecting400healthy pregnancies from January2011to October2012, they accepted cesarean section and were randomly divided into4groups, each group has100 patients. All of incisions were sutured the subcutaneous tissue only. The incision was covered with auto-amniotic membrane after operation in study group1, and from the1st day to the5th day after operation the incision was covered with rhubarb and mirabilite. The incision was covered only with amniotic membrane till the5th day after operation in the study group2. In the study group3, the incision was covered with rhubarb and mirabilite from1st day to5th day after operation. In the control group, the incision was dressed conventionally.Results:1.Compared with the control group,the study group1had a significantly lower proportion of scarring healing (P<0.05).Groupl had a lower proportion of scarring healing than group2and group3,but (P>0.05), That means using auto-amniotic membrane combined with rhubarb and mirabilite can not reduce the scar of incision (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the study group2and group3(P>0.05).2.A11the cases in group1were primary healing,few cases of B healing in the other3groups.There was no C healing in both four groups. Compared with the other3groups,group1had best degree of healing,while group4has worst degree of healing (P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the study group2and group3(P>0.05).3.There was0case of sever pain in four group.Compared with the other3groups,group1had lower skin incision pain of ceasarean delivery than group2and group3(P<0.05).Group2and group3had lower skin incision pain of ceasarean delivery than control group(P<0.05).Group2had lower skin incision pain than group3(P<0.05).4.There was0case given3.Group1can reduce degree of swelling of skin incision most(P<0.05).Group2and group3had lower swelling of skin incision than control group(P<0.05).Group3had lower swelling of skin incision than group2(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using auto-amniotic membrane combined with rhubarb and mirabilite can promote the first grade of incision,and induce the paining,swelling,and scar of incision.
