The Prevalence And Dangerous Factors Of Diabetes Of The Elder Population In Yushan Town Of Kunshan City

OBJECTIVE The purpose is to explore the prevalence and dangerous factors ofdiabetes of the elder population in Yushan town of kunshan city.METHODS There are two method. One is the single factor analysis,the other isthe multiple factors analysis.Single factor analysis: using X2test to analyze the prevalenceof diabetes comparing with different social demographic characteristics and different levelsof various influence factors.Multiple factors analysis: serving diabetes as the dependentvariable and the meaningful influence factors of single factor analysis as the independentvariable make the multi-factor logistic regression analysis to gain the dangerous factors ofdiabetes.RESULTS Single factor analysis: the results of measurement data analysis showthat the waist circumference, heart rate, age, TG and DBP are the dangerous factors ofT2DM. According to the measurement data, the family history of diabetes, waistcircumference, history of hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke history, history ofhyperlipidemia, hypertension, coronary heart disease duration course, edible milk,hyperlipidemia course of self-evaluation of health, poor self-evaluation of health in nearlythree months, and general self-evaluation in nearly five years, living alone are dangerousfactors for T2DM. therefore, edible fruit, movement, and red wine are the protectionfactors.Multi-factor analysis: according to marriage, the adjustment of age, smoking,alcohol consumption, cultural degree, TC, TG, DBP, FPG and other possible influencingfactors, the results show that T2DM positively correlates with age, FPG, TG, history ofhigh blood pressure, waist circumference, the history of hyperlipidemia, coronary heartdisease, stroke history, central obesity, diabetes, family history of self-evaluation of health,eating milk, poor self-evaluation of health in nearly three months, and generalself-evaluation in nearly five years.CONCLUSION The crowd in this region, age, FPG, TG, waist circumference,the history of history of hyperlipidemia, hypertension, coronary heart disease, strokehistory, family history of diabetes, eat milk,poor self-evaluation of health, central obesity, are the related dangerous factors of T2DM.The edible fruit and exercise are the protectionfactor of T2DM. The related dangerous factors ofF T2DM have significant aggregation.
