Objective:1.Through cross-sectional investigation, we screened the prevalence of infertility of20-45year old reproductive women in Tianjin and found out different ages prevalence of infertility cases.2. We explored risk factors associated with the incidence of infertility of women of reproductive age in Tianjin.3.Investigation of serum AMH levels at different ages of healthy reproductive women in Tianjin and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of AMH.Method:During2013.6-2014.2,using simple random sampling, we randomly selected1500reproductive women of20-45years old in Tianjin to conducted cross-sectional survey of infertility. Including:completing questionnaire, physical examination, gynecologic examination, transvaginal ultrasonography examination, drawing blood to measure serum sex hormones. According to1994World Health Organization (WHO) criteria for the diagnosis of infertility, that both men and women do not have refuse to birth, more than a year living together, have a normal sex life and are not taking contraceptive measures, failed to conceive definitions as infertility. Screened out infertility of women of reproductive age and explored prevalence of infertility and associated risk factors in Tianjin. Screening150healthy women of reproductive age, AMH levels by ELISA, the study grouped by age,serum AMH levels of healthy women of reproductive of the different ages to calculate. All data entered into the database by EpiData3.0.2. SPSS18.0is used for statistical analysis.Results:1.1336copies of valid questionnaires, according to1994World Health Organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria for infertility, there are89women diagnosed with infertility. The infertility prevalence of women of reproductive age in Tianjin is6.66%. In these infertility patients, secondary infertility accounted for80.9%(72/89) and19.1%(17/89)of primary infertility. 2.The survey of women of reproductive age are divided into five age groups, where the minimum age group (20-24age group) infertility prevalence is the highest7.89%,25-29age group, infertility prevalence is6.97%.30-34age group, infertility prevalence is7.07%.40-44age group, infertility prevalence is6.47%.3.In women of reproductive age in the survey, with the postponement of marriage age, the incidence of infertility increases. Marriage age≥30years group, infertility prevalence is12.24%. Marriage age25-29years group, infertility prevalence is7.53%. Marriage age20-24years group, infertility prevalence is5.59%.The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).4We investigated the biological factors that affect women of reproductive age in Tianjin infertility occurs, found women with previous history of abortion, infertility prevalence rate of19.23percent, women who had no history of infertility prevalence of abortion rate of6.41%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); obese infertility prevalence of9.81%of the patients, with normal body mass index of infertility prevalence of5.88%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); oral emergency contraceptive prevalence rate of18.75percent of infertility, those who do not use oral emergency contraceptive prevalence rate of6.37percent of infertility, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Wash hot tub husband habit, wife of infertility prevalence was14.29%, higher than the husband without his wife used to wash the hot tub infertility prevalence of5%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).5. We investigated the sociological factors that affect women of reproductive age in Tianjin infertility occurs, found a high prevalence of female infertility stress was13.01%, no high stress prevalence of female infertility6.02%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Professional cadres and technical personnel of infertility prevalence of8.98%, higher than the prevalence of infertility workers7.28%, higher than the prevalence of infertility farmer3.86%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). History has chlamydia prevalence was16.30%of female infertility, female infertility no history of chlamydial infection prevalence of5.58%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Mycoplasma infection history of14.29%prevalence of female infertility, female infertility no history of mycoplasma infection prevalence5.92%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).6. We investigate the environmental factors influencing the occurrence of infertility of husband in Tianjin. We find that after husband contact frequency of high temperature, electromagnetic radiation and pesticide contamination, wife’s infertility prevalence is15.28%,15.94%and14.28%, higher than in the normal control group6.66%. The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).7.142cases of healthy reproductive women AMH level was34.44±34.77pmol/L,20-25-year-old women AMH level was highest45.17±29.06pmol/L,then the overall declining with age,41-45-year-old woman AMH levels plunged,41-45-year-old women AMH level was15.60±14.51pmol/L. Serum AMH levels and age was negatively correlated R=-0.667, P<0.001.Conclusion:1.Infertility prevalence of women of reproductive age in Tianjin area is6.66%. In infertility patients, primary infertility is more than secondary infertility.2.In women of reproductive age in Tianjin, the Infertility prevalence of the lowest age group is higher.,there may be an upward trend in the prevalence of infertility in women of reproductive age in Tianjin area, further confirmed the need to expand the sample size.3.In women of reproductive age in the survey, with the postponement of marriage age, the incidence of infertility increases. Encourage the right marriage age and childbearing age.4.Biological factors of this investigation, for the reproductive women, repeated abortions, obesity and abuse of emergency contraception is risk factor for infertility occur. Husband has the habit of washing hot tub, his wife is a risk factor for infertility occur.5In the social factors, the woman working in a high stress, occupational cadres and technical personnel, previous mycoplasma, chlamydia infection, is a risk factor for infertility occur.6.We should pay attention to environmental factors on reproductive health, male working environment with particular emphasis on the potential factors that lead to fertility decline, such as high temperature heat, electromagnetic radiation, toxic and hazardous chemicals.7. Normal serum AMH women of reproductive age in Tianjin average of34.44±26.54pmol/L, serum AMH levels increase with age decreased, AMH can be used as an indicator to assess ovarian reserve.
