Objective: To analyze the characteristics of tubal infertility and mycoplasma infection and the distribution of microorganisms in reproductive tract, and to explore the relationship between mycoplasma infection, the distribution of microorganisms in reproductive tract and tubal infertility so as to provide scientific guidance for the prevention and treatment of infertility in clinic. Methods: Sixty-four cases of tubal infertility women undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January to December in 2016 were divided into two groups according to the number of tubal effusion: 29 cases of bilateral tubal effusion group(bilateral group)Unilateral tubal effusion group(unilateral group)35 cases. In addition,52 cases of normal pregnant women undergoing laparoscopic surgery for other reasons(endometriosis, teratoma, uterine fibroids, etc.)were selected as the control group. The three groups were between 20 and 40 years old,and the ages of the three groups were comparable(P > 0.05).and we also summarized the characteristics of mycoplasma infection and genital tract microbe distribution in tubal infertility patients and to clarify the relationship between mycoplasma infection, distribution of microorganisms in reproductive tract and tubal infertility.Results:(1)The detection rates of vaginal flora in the three groups were 78.85% 、 82.76% 、 74.29% 、 55.77% 、 48.28% and 51.43% respectively in the control, bilateral and unilateral groups.Staphylococcus epidermidis 36.54%,37.93%,37.14%;Enterococcus faecalis 11.54%,10.34%,11.43%;Mycoplasma 42.31%,37.93%,40.00%.Lactobacillus was the predominant bacteria, and the detection rates of mycoplasma and other microorganisms were not significantly different(P> 0.05).For different mycoplasma types(Mycoplasma urealyticum(UU)and Mycoplasma hominis(MH),the detection rates of UU were 34.62%,15.38% and 21.15%,MH were 7.69%,5.77% and 5.77% respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).The density of the control group was 19.23% of grade 1,21.15% of grade 2,1.92% of grade 3 and 0% of grade 4;0% of grade 1,5.71% of grade 2,20% of grade 3 and 14.29% of grade 4;in the Bilateral group there were 0% of grade 1,3.45% of grade 2,20.69% of grade 3,13.79% of grade 4.The densities of bacteria in unilateral group and bilateral group were significantly higher than that in control group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between unilateral group and bilateral group(P> 0.05).(2)The test results of tubal effusion in the three groups of subjects were as follows: the detection rates of the bacteria in the control group such as Lactobacillus,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Enterococcus faecalis and Mycoplasma were 1.69%,5.77%,0%,0%,0%.The detection rates of bilateral group were 41.38%,34.48%,27.59%,13.79% and 20.69% respectively. The detection rates of unilateral group were 46.15%,40.38% and 34.62 %,11,54% and 25.00% respectively. The control group was significantly lower than that of unilateral group and bilateral group. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The differences of detection rates of all kinds of microbes in unilateral and bilateral groups were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Mycoplasma infection types were UU,MH,the detection rates of each group were 0%,0% in control group,13.79%,6.90% in bilateral group,28.57%,8.57%.The detection rates in the bilateral and unilateral groups of mycoplasma were higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).The density of bacteria in the unilateral and bilateral groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05)There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).(3)The results of pelvic fluid examination in three groups of subjects were compared: the detection rates of bacterial microorganisms such as Lactobacillus,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Enterococcus faecalis and Mycoplasma in the control group were 5.77 %,3.85%,0%,0% and 0% in the bilateral group were 13.79%,3.45%,0%,0% and 3.45% respectively, while those in the unilateral group were 42.86%,34.29%,31.43% and 14.29%,22.86%.The difference of control group and the bilateral group was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);unilateral group of patients with various bacterial microbiological detection rates were significantly higher than the control group, bilateral group(P <0.05).The detection rates of UU,MH in the control group were 0%,0%,respectively,3.45%,0% in the bilateral group, and 14.29%,8.57% in the unilateral group, the detection rates of mycoplasma in the unilateral group was significantly higher than that of control group and bilateral group(P <0.05).The density of colony in unilateral group was significantly higher than that in control group and bilateral group(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between control group and bilateral group(P> 0.05).Conclusions:(1)The tubal effusion, pelvic effusion microorganism detection rate, mycoplasma infection, and bacterial density in tubal infertility patients were higher than those in normal pregnant women.(2)Genital flora dysregulation is a risk factor of tubal infertility.
