The Study Of Relationship Between Frequent Premature Ventricular Contractions And TCM Syndromes Type And Heart Rate Variability And Heart Rate Turbulence

Objective:Collect heart rate variability parameters and heart rate turbulence parameters and TCM syndromes information of patients with frequent premature ventricular. Use TCM syndromes Scale to analysis their constitution. We study the relationship of frequent Premature Ventricular Contractions and TCM syndromes and HRV and HRT by statistical analysis.Methods:We collected HRV parameters and HRT parameters and patient-related basic information of patients with frequent premature ventricular contractions in the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM, from July2013to February2014. And we collected the results of the TCM syndromes from those patients. All data was inputed PASW and statistical analysis to study the relationship of frequent PVCs and TCM syndromes and HRV and HRT by statistical analysis.Result:1. Our study shows that most of the four syndrome type of TCM are blood stasis in the heart syndrome, hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency, Phlegm-Fire disturbing brain syndrome heart, deficiency of qi and blood in the heart and spleen syndrome, which is75.1%of the total.2. The most common clinical manifestations are palpitations, chest tightness/pain, fatigue, dizziness, which is78.4%of the total.3. Compare with the syndrome type of TCM, the blood stasis in the heart syndrome and Moisturished of Ling Xi have lower HRV and HRT than other syndrome type.4. Our study shows that there is no different between deficiency-syndrome group and excess-syndrome group about HRV. HRT of deficiency-syndrome group is lower than excess-syndrome group. There is statistically significant differences between two group.5. The deficiency-syndrome group in hypertension has smaller the maximum frequency domain power hour than excess-syndrome group.There is not statistically significant between deficiency-syndrome and excess-syndrome incontrol group.6. There is statistically significant differences in HRV and HRT and HRT category between the hypertension group and the control group. Compared with the the control group, the hypertension group has lower HRV and HRT.7. There is statistically significant differences in distribution between the age group and syndrome type of TCM. Young has a higher HRV and HRT, compared with the elderly.8. To compare the degree of coronary lesion in the patients of Coronary heart disease, we found that the degree of coronary lesion was negatively correlated with HRV, showed a positive correlation with Left ventricular wall thickness and lower HRT. There is relativity between the degree of coronary lesion and HRT category.Conclusions:The Study of Relationship between Frequent Premature Ventricular Cont ractions and TCM syndromes type and HRV and HRT shows that most syndromes type of TCM are blood stasis in the heart syndrome, hyperactivity of fir e due to yin deficiency, Phlegm-Fire disturbing brain syndrome heart, defic iency of qi and blood in the heart and spleen syndrome and they show the most common clinical manifestations are palpitations, chest tightness/pain, fatigue, dizziness. The blood stasis in the heart syndrome and Moisturished of Ling Xi have lower HRV and HRT than other syndrome type.The autonomic nerve function damage of deficiency-syndrome group is more serious,it su ggest the progression of disease and HRT is more sensitive than HRV in ev aluate the autonomic nerve function damage. When the healthy people occur hypertension,the Vagus nerve may has damage, it cause the damage of the au tonomic nerve function. Young has greater the autonomic nerve function tha n the elderly.
