Mindarmor Square The Influence Of Heart Rate Variability In Patients With Frequent Ventricular Premature Beat

Objective:To observe the effect of Huxingfang on heart rate variability of patients with frequent ventricular premature beat, explorer the clinical effect of Huxinfang in treatment of patients with frequent ventricular premature beat, evaluate the safety of Huxinfang in treatment of patients with frequent ventricular premature beat, and provide data support for the clinical treatment of Huxinfang in frequent ventricular premature beat.Methods:100 patients in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected to study. The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with Huxinfang, while the control group were treated with metoprolol. The standard deviation of all RR intervals (SDNN), the standard deviation of the average R-R intervals(SDANN), the square root of the mean squared differences of successive RR intervals (rMSSD), the percentage of successive interval differences>50 ms (PNN50), the QT dispersion(QTd), the clinical effect, the average heart rate and the adverse reaction of all patients were observed before and after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in age, gender, weight and so on, all patients were informed consent.Before treatment there was non significant difference in SDNN, SDANN, RMSSD and PNN50 betweet two groups(p<0.05). After treatment, The SDNN, SDANN, RMSSD and PNN50 of two groups were significantly increased than those before treatment(p>0.05), and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05). There was no significant difference in QTd and QTcd betweet two groups before treatment(p>0.05). The QTd and QTcd of all patients after treatment were significantly decreased than those before treatment(p<0.05), and the decrease degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group and control group were respectively 88.00% and 70.00%(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in average herat rate between two groups before and after treatment(p >0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in control group and treatment group were respectively 18.00% and 4.00%(p<0.05)Conclusion:Huxinfang can prolong heart rate variability, reduce QTd and QTcd, reduce adverse reactions, has definitely curative effect, deserving clinical application.
