| Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on reducing gastroenteric reaction of Gynecological late cancer chemotherapy, to provide a new way on reducing gastroenteric reaction of Gynecological late cancer chemotherapy.Methods:There are79cycles of chemotherapy regimen on the first department of gynecology of The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient’s condition, divide all cycles into two groups, the group of supplementing qi and nourishing yi, the group of costus and amomum with Six Noble Ingredients. The group of supplementing qi and nourishing yi drink decoction of supplementing qi and nourishing yi everyday from the first day to the seventh day, The group of costus and amomum with Six Noble Ingredients drink decoction of costus and amomum with Six Noble Ingredients everyday from the first day to the seventh day, the cycles refusing to drink decoction are divided into the third group, the blank group. Compare the frequency and severity of gastroenteric reaction of three groups in the first day, forth day seventh day.Results:1. There is no significant difference in the frequency and severity of gastroenteric reaction between three groups in the first day. 2.There is significant difference in the frequency of nausea, vomit, exception taste, stomach/abdomen pain between three groups in the forth day. On the frequency of nausea, the group of costus and amomum with Six Noble Ingredients is less than the blank group(p=0.000), the group of supplementing qi and nourishing yi is less than the blank group(p=0.035);on the frequency of vomit, the group of costus and amomum with Six Noble Ingredients is less than the blank group(p=0.006); on the frequency of exception taste, the group of costus and amomum with Six Noble Ingredients is less than the blank group(p=0.001);on the frequency of stomach/abdomen pain, the group of costus and amomum with Six Noble Ingredients is less than the blank group(p=0.001), the group of supplementing qi and nourishing yi is less than the blank group(p=0.005).3. There is significant difference in the severity of loss of appetite, nausea, distention of stomach/abdomen, astriction between three groups in the forth day. On the severity of loss of appetite, the group of costus and amomum with Six Noble Ingredients is less than the blank group(p=0.008);On the severity of nauses, the group of supplementing qi and nourishing yi is less than the blank group(p=0.023), the group of costus and amomum with Six Noble Ingredients is less than the blank group(p=0.001); on the severity of distention of stomach/abdomen, the group of costus and amomum with Six Noble Ingredients is less than the blank group(p=0.003); on the severity of astriction, the group of costus and amomum with Six Noble Ingredients is less than the blank group (p=0.017).4. There is significant difference in the frequency of loss of appetite between three groups in the forth day. The group of costus and amomum with Six Noble Ingredients is less than the blank group (p=0.002).5. There is significant difference in the severity of loss of appetite between three groups in the forth day. The group of costus and amomum with Six Noble Ingredients is less than the blank group(p=0.002).Conclusion:Drinking decoction of costus and amomum with Six Noble Ingredients from the first day to the seventh day during the chemotherapy can decrease the frequency of nausea, vomit, exception appetite, stomach/abdomen pain in the forth day, can decrease the severity of lose of appetite, nausea, distention of stomach/abdomen, astriction in the forth day, can decrease the frequency and severity of lose of appetite in the seventh day.Drinking decoction of supplementing qi and nourishing everyday from the first day to the seventh day during the chemotherapy can decrease the frequency of nausea, stomach/abdomen pain in the forth day, can decrease the severity of nausea in the forth day. |
