A Clinical Observation On The Medicine Decoction Qingreliangxue For Pediatric Allergic Purpura Simplex(Wind-heat Injury Network Type)

Objective:In this paper, the clinical efficacy of treatment of children with simple soupQingreliangxue allergic purpura (wind-heat injury network type) systematicobservation and study on its mechanism of action, confirmed that the treatment of thisdisease is a significant effect, simple, with few side effects, recurrence rate, kidneydamage probability is small, with a view to clinical treatment and prevention of thisdisease more favorable scientific basis.Methodology:Clinical observation of treatment of children with simple soup Qingreliangxueallergic purpura (wind-heat injury collaterals)60cases,3course of treatment (12weeks), through to the disease symptoms and signs scores to quantify self-controlled,making comprehensive efficacy evaluation.Results:Qingreliangxue soup can effectively treat children with allergic purpura simplex (wind-heatinjury collaterals) lower limbs caused by symptoms such as rash, effective in17cases aftertreatment, Markedly effective in27cases, cured15cases, total effective rate was98.33%, totalscore after treatment was statistically significant difference from the control (P <0.01), moreeffective. Children found no skin irritation, kidney damage and gastrointestinal symptoms such assignificant adverse reactions during treatment. Patients were followed up for3months aftertreatment, and found three cases of adverse reactions,15cases of recurrence, the recurrence ratewas25%.Conclusion: Through clinical observation of treatment of children with simple soupQingreliangxue allergic purpura (wind-heat injury network type), data statisticalanalysis proves Qingreliangxue soup is simple treatment of children allergic purpura(wind-heat injury network type) valid prescription, and the drug had no significantside effects, simple, low recurrence rate, small chance of kidney damage, is worthy ofpromotion and application.
