The Effect Of Allergic Purpura (Wind And Heat Injured Collaterals) Treated With Purpura Rash Eliminate Particles In Serum Immune Molecules

Purpose: Through reach on the correlation between the changes of immune molecules in the serum of children with allergic purpura before and after treatment.Further to explore the therapeutic effect about the purpura rash eliminate particles treatment pediatric allergic purpura(wind and heat injured collaterals),and explore its possible role of targets and mechanism,strengthen the experimental research on the Chinese medicine treatment of the disease,make full use of the means and methods of modern science and technology,and give play to the characteristics of Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic purpura.Method: 60 children diagnosed with allergic purpura(wind and heat injured collaterals)were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group,control group,30 patients in each group.On the basis of routine treatment of the treatment group,oral purpura rash eliminate particles at the same time given routine treatmentand,the control group was only given routine treatment,and the course of treatment was 10 days.Clinical observation was conducted to compare the clinical symptoms,serum immune molecules(CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8)in HSP children before and after treatment,and the changes in C3.Result:In the process of purpura rash eliminate particles treating allergic purpura(wind and heat injured collaterals),symptom scores was significantly reduced,the treatment group was more effective than the control group(P<0.01),treatment group and control group let’s lower the C3 that’s elevated,no statistical significance before two sets of data treatment,before and after treatment in both groups,C3 was improved(P<0.05)and there are statistically significant,but data to compare the two groups after treatment,the results of treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Tlymphocyte subsets related indicators(CD3,CD4,CD4 / CD8)is improved,the treatment group and control group before treatment the data without statistical significance,and in the two groups before and after treatment to compare the treatment group CD3,CD4 ratio,andCD4/CD8 value are both improved,but compare the two groups data of after treatment,the treatment group were better than control group(P< 0.05)was statistically significant.Conclusion: Purpura rash particles elimination of pediatric allergic purpura(wind and heat injured collaterals)has good treatment effect,on the basis of adjusting patients serum immune molecules,adjust the C3,CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8,improve the patients with pediatric allergic purpura(wind and heat injured collaterals)related clinical symptoms.It is suggested that the treatment of allergic purpura(Wind and heat injured collateral)in purpura rash eliminate particles can be treated with t-lymphocyte regulation and complement C3 as the target and the mechanism of efficacy.
