Study On The Correlation Between The Lung Distension Yang Deficiency And Water Flooding Syndrome And Copeptin

Objective: Starting from the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,the main observation index of the changes of patients’ serum copeptin(CPP)level in the asthenia of the lung syndrome and the syndrome of phlegm heat depression is the main observation index,supplemented by the symptom score of Chinese Medicine and the examination of bed blood routine,heart color Doppler and lung function.Data,to explore the changes of serum and peptide levels in the asthenia of the lung and the correlation between the two syndromes of the copeptin and lung distention,and to provide some reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung distention.Methods: the randomized parallel control observation method was applied to 50 cases of Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome and 49 cases of phlegm heat stagnation lung syndrome in 99 cases.The symptoms were scored according to the clinical presentation at the admission,and the related laboratory tests were conducted on the day of admission to include the percentage of neutrophilic granulocyte percent(NEUT%),the white cell count(WBC),the C-reactive protein(CRP),and the brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and so on,followed by Color Doppler examination of the heart and lung function examination,cardiac color Doppler selected right ventricular end diastolic diameter(RVEDd),pulmonary artery pressure(PAP)as the observation index.Pulmonary function examination selected FEV1%,FEV1/FVC and FVC as the observation index.Serum copeptin levels were detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The serum copeptin levels of two syndromes,various auxiliary examination data and symptom scores were statistically analyzed,and the differences and correlation of serum copeptin levels and related auxiliary examination data in the two syndrome types were investigated.Results:1.There was significant difference in serum copeptin levels between the two syndromes groups(P<0.01).2.Comparison of cough,phlegm,asthma,cyanosis and edema in the two syndromes groups,The differences of cough,sputum and asthma were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of cyanosis and edema was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Comparison of FEV1%,FEV1/FVC and FVC in the two syndromes groups,the difference was not statistically significant.(P>0.05).4.Comparison of WBC,NEUT% and CRP in the two syndromes groups,Compared with WBC,was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with NEUT% and CRP,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.Compared with RVEDd in the two syndromes groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).6.Compared with PAP in the two syndromes groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).7.Compared with BNP in the two syndromes groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).8.In the lung distension phlegm heat stagnation of lung syndrome,there was no correlation between copeptin and WBC.The copeptin was positively correlated with NEUT% and CRP.There was no correlation between copeptin and RVEDd,PAP and BNP.9.In the lung distension Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome,there was no correlation between the copeptin and WBC.The copeptin was positively correlated with NEUT% and CRP.The copeptin were positively correlated with RVEDd,PAP and BNP.Conclusion:1.The lung distension Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome have correlation with serum copeptin,in the Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome with the increase of PAP,BNP and RVEDd broadening,copeptin on the rise,copeptin may participate in the pathological process of lung distension Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome.2.COPD combined right cardiac insufficiency have correlation with serum copeptin,serum copeptin levels in COPD combined stage right cardiac insufficiency higher than that of COPD exacerbations,and positively correlated with PAP,BNP and RVEDd,copeptin may be involved in the COPD combined right cardiac insufficiency pathological process.
