Compared to acupuncture and moxibustion group, acupuncture group increasedsignificantly in the moxibustion group, but the two groups have no significantdifference (P>0.05).4. The expression of MDA. Compared with the blank group, model group atumor-burdened MDA content in liver tissue of mice increased significantly (P<0.001); Compared with model group, acupuncture group and moxibustion group atumor-burdened MDA content in mice liver tissue reduce (P <0.05); Acupuncturegroup and moxibustion group, compared the moxibustion acupuncture group weresignificantly lower, but the two groups have no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions1. Groups before building a tumor-burdened mice peripheral blood leukocyte countthe difference is not obvious, the statistical difference between groups, suggests that abalanced distribution of white blood cell count, each a tumor-burdened mice can beused in the experiment. After building in addition to the normal group, other groups ofleukocyte tumor-burdened mice were decreased, compared before and after thebuilding has a significant difference, suggests cyclophosphamide chemotherapy drugsinhibit bone marrow, destroy the hematopoietic microenvironment, killing the sideeffects of white blood cells is very big, CTX tumor-burdened chemotherapy miceleukopenia model copy success.2. Acupuncture can promote peripheral blood leukocytes. Acupuncture reduce bonemarrow suppression after chemotherapy, improve the hematopoieticmicroenvironment, elevated white blood cell of curative effect is accurate, the effectwith treatment is enhanced by the increase in the number of times, and theacupuncture group recovered quickly, consistent with the previous tutor group results.3. Experimental results showed that acupuncture can increase theexpression of a tumor-burdened GSH in liver tissue in mice, and the curative effect ofacupuncture good something moxibustion.4. Acupuncture and moxibustion can cut a tumor-burdened expression level of MDAin liver tissue in mice, to regulate the production of the liver immune cells, the proteincontent, lower lipid peroxidation of unsaturated fatty acid in the process of oxidationdecomposition releases the reactivity of aldehydes, enhance the function of immunecells in the liver, improve the ability of antioxidant defense system, inhibition of lipidperoxidation, and exerted a great of liver damage after chemotherapy has a role toimprove effect and decrease toxicity. The experimental results showed thatacupuncture can reduce a tumor-burdened the expression of MDA in liver tissue inmice, and the curative effect of acupuncture good something moxibustion.In a word, the research results indicate that acupuncture and moxibustion can improvebone marrow hematopoietic microenvironment after chemotherapy, increaseperipheral blood leukocytes. At the same time, through the acupuncture andmoxibustion increase a tumor-burdened expression level of GSH in liver tissue ofmice and cut a tumor-burdened expression level of MDA in liver tissue in mice,regulate the production of liver cells, protein content, and let the cells more easily intoa state of preservation and restoration of liver function, enhance the function ofimmune cells in the liver, improve the ability of antioxidant defense system, thus toliver damage after chemotherapy has a role to improve effect and decrease toxicity,acupuncture is to benign tumor after chemotherapy the body liver function one of theways to adjust action.
