Objective:To detect the expression of E-cadherin and N-cadherin and the level of IL-6in MFC gastric cancer bearing mice, and futher to study their inherent relevance in gastric cancer cells xenograft model and inherent correlation with IDO.Methods:①Establish the model of MFC gastri cancer bearing mice, they were divided into three groups,MFC gastric cancer group,pcDNA3.1transfected group, pcDNA3.1-IDO transfected group.②Use the immuohistochemistry to detect the expression of E-cadherin and N-cadherin in different groups.③ELIS A was used for detection of the expression level of serum IL-6in these three groups.Results:①In pcDNA3.1-IDO transfected group, the expression of E-cadherin protein was reduced clearly compared with the other groups, the differences was significantly (P<0.05).The expression of N-cadherin was higher clearly than the other groups, the differences was significantly(P<0.05).②The expression level of serum IL-6in pcDNA3.1-IDO transfected group were significantly higher than the other groups, the differences was significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions:The expression of E-cadherin was downregulation and the expression of N-cadherin was upregulation, the level of the IL-6was higher in pcDNA3.1-IDO transfected group, this may correlated to that IDO upregulates IL-6and other cytokines by multiple mechanisms, and further leading to the epithelial mesenchymal transition of the tumour cell.
