Objective To observe the electrical for hypertension on the basis of the formation of cerebral infarction in rats at different time points neurological score and perifocal glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) expression, confirming power for changes in astrocytes (AST), to promote one of the mechanisms of cerebral infarction functional recovery.Methods First copy RHRSP model, after bilateral renal artery stenosis surgery12weeks, taking blood pressure≥180mmHg (1mmHg=0.133kPa) and no stroke symptoms RHRSP rats, coagulation Preparation of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model, random divided into MCAO sham operation group, MCAO group (model group), acupuncture treatment group, non-acupoint treatment group, after two sets of line EA stimulation. Groups at five time points (Id.3d,7d,14,21d), neurological deficit scores, pathological processing:the brain was embedded in paraffin, the infarct center of brain slices were stained with HE and GFAP immune staining of GFAP immunofluorescence staining of electroacupuncture on focal cerebral infarction weeks GFAP expression.Results①The time model group of neurological function scores were higher than the point treatment group, no significant difference between the two groups in Id,(3d,7d,14d,21d) The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01, P<0.05).3d most important symptoms of nerve defects in rats of model group and EA group decreased over time to extend their nerve function deficit score. Sham operated rats at each time point neurological deficit score0points; no significant differences in neurological function score of each point in time the model group and the non-acupoint group.②HE staining showed that:1d-3d model group, mainly nerve cell necrosis.7d the model group and EA group cells reduce the edema, still visible softening of the brain lesions within the lesion inflammatory cells Baptist, with time,14d,21d model group and the acupuncture point treatment group cells compared with the previous outline gradually clear with the model group compared acupuncture treatment group improved more significantly. The pathological changes of the point model group with the same point in time the non-acupoint group no significant difference.③the GFAP expression in the five time points in the model group and the acupuncture point treatment group was significantly higher compared with the sham group (all P<0.01), model group, GFAP expression was significantly higher than the same time points treatment group (all P<0.05). Model group, GFAP expression for each time point and non-acupoint group no significant difference.Conclusions (1) Point Acupuncture treatment significantly reduced cerebral infarction in rats neurological deficit score.(2) at five time points after cerebral ischemia, GFAP expression of acupuncture treatment group were significantly lower than the same point in time all of the experimental group, the GFAP expression down to avoid damage response after AST activation is more conducive to play the star-shaped plastic interstitial cells of the protective effect of the neurons, which is conducive to ischemic injury in nerve regeneration, repair, acupuncture points of the experimental treatment group to promote nerve defect signs of improvement, may be one of its mechanisms.
