Objective:To investigate the relationship between aortic pulse pressure(PP) andthe severity of coronary artery disease, and the relationship between aortic pulse pressureindex(PPI) and the severity of coronary artery disease. Methods: This research chooses860patients who were suspected coronary heartdisease(CHD) and first checked by coronary angiography from Zhongshan Hospital ofDalian University, these cases were selected from March2013to January2014,age20-91(61.5±11.3),CHD652(male400,female252),without CHD208(male94,female114).recording age, sex, height, weight, smoker, hypertension, diabetes. andcalculating body mass index(BMI=weight/height2),collecting fasting venous blood onthat day or the next day to detect uric acid(UA),total cholesterol(TC)and other lipidcomprehensive biochemical markers. recording aortic blood pressure, including systolicblood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), PP, PP=SBP-DBP, aortic meanarterial pressure (MAP), MAP=1/3SBP+2/3DBP, PPI=PP/SBP. vascular stenosis ofleast one Epicardial coronary artery and main branches showed≥50%by coronaryangiography was diagnosed as CHD,divided into groups of non-coronary heart diseaseand CHD group. observing the number of coronary artery lesions, they were dividedinto single-vessel disease group, two-vessel disease group, three lesions group. theseverity of coronary artery lesion was assessed by Gensini score. Gensini score of CHDwas divided into two groups by the median method(28≥integral1>0,168≥integral2>28). Statistical analysis was done with SPSS20.0software. Measurement data wereexpressed as mean plus±minus standard deviation, measurement data were compared by using analysis of variance and t test. count data as a percentage(%),Count data werecompared by using x2test, using logistic regression to analysis the risk factors ofmultivessel coronary artery disease.Result:1.Compared CHD and non-coronary heart disease group, the proportion of CHDmales, smokers, diabetic, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and age,UA,SBP,PP,PPI levels aresignificantly higher than non-CHD group, DBP significantly reduced, the differencewas statisticed significantly(P<0.05); BMI, MAP without statistical difference(P>0.05).2.Compared the groups of the number of coronary artery lesions, between differentgroups, the difference of SBP, DBP, PP, PPI was statisticed significantly(P<0.05), andwith the increase in the number of coronary lesions, SBP,PP,PPI levels increased, DBPreduced, the difference was statisticed significantly(P<0.05).3.Compared the Gensini integration groups of CHD,the SBP,PP,PPI levels ofintegral2are significantly higher than integral1,DBP level was lower than integral1,the difference was statisticed significantly(P<0.05).4.Regarded whether multivessel coronary artery disease as the dependentvariable, with the risk factors of sex, smokers, age,BMI,diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia, aortic blood pressure,PP and PPI as independent variable,Logistic regression analysis showed that age, diabetes, smokers,PP and PPI are aindependent risk factor of multivessel coronary artery disease, which PPI is mostcorrelated with multivessel coronary artery disease(OR=2.104,95%CI1.877-2.328,P<0.001).Conclusion:1.PP and PPI of aortic in CHD patients are higher than non-CHD patients.2.The level of SBP,PP and PPI increased,DBP reduced, the coronary diseaseseverity increased.3.age,diabetes,smokers,PP and PPI are a independent risk factor of multivesselcoronary artery disease.PPI is the most prominent predictor in the risk factors of multivessel coronary artery disease.
