Objective: The purpose of this study is compare the safety of time stopping drugof dual antiplatelet therapy between permanent polymer-coated sirolimus-eluting stent(FIREBIRD2) and polymer-free paclitaxel-eluting stent (YINYI).Methods:282in-hospital coronary heart disease (CHD) patients treated with PCIfrom the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University between2011January to2012December. According to the stent type was divided into following two groups: PCgroup is the polymer-coated sirolimus-eluting stent (FIREBIRD2) in168cases, PFgroup is the polymer-free paclitaxel-eluting stent (YINYI) in114cases. Both of twogroups oral aspirin100mg/d as the basis treatment of long-term after interventional. Atthe same time combined with clopidogrel75mg/d for dual antiplatelet therapy. PCgroup stopped taking clopidogrel after nine months,PF group stopped taking clopidogrelafter three months. All of the patients were followed up for one year after interventional.According to the results of follow-up recorded the occurrence of major adversecardiovascular events and adverse drug reactions in patients. And the results wasanalysed by statistics. Results: The basis clinical data of two groups patients including age, sex, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipoidemia had no significant statistical difference(P>0.05). Two groups of patients with the number of coronary artery lesions, number ofstents, average length of stents, average diameter of stents had no significant statisticaldifference(P>0.05). All of the patients didn′t have the cardiac death during the follow-up period. There are168patients in PC group,9patients with angina pectoris,4patients with heart failure,3patients with myocardial infarction,14patients with slightbleeding,3patients with severe bleeding among them. There are114patients in PFgroup,7patients with angina pectoris,3patients with heart failure,2patients withmyocardial infarction,9patients with slight bleeding,1patients with severe bleedingamong them. PC group compared with PF group, the incidence of angina pectoris, heartfailure and myocardial infarction had no statistical difference(P>0.05). The incidenceof bleeding in PF group is lower than in PC group. But PC group compared with PFgroup, the occurrence of major adverse drug reactions had no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: In the process of follow-up, the polymer-free stent of stopping takeclopidogrel at3months compare with the permanent polymer-coating stent of stoppingtake clopidogrel at9months had no difference on the clinical curative effect. Thepolymer-free stent (YINYI) can reduce the treatment time of the dual antiplatelet inclinical application, and reduce the risk of bleeding.
