Objective:This research aims at investigating the characteristic of each ultrasonicclassification histo-differentiation as well as invasion and metastasis of the prostatecancer through the research of pathology of different ultrasonic classification and theexpressive characteristic of K-ras、EGFR、MMP2and MMP9in order to judge thedevelopment and prognosis of each ultrasonic classification of the prostate cancer byColor Doppler ultrasound, which provides a more reliable rationale for the setting ofclinical management strategies.Methods: Collect prostate disease cases from March2013to January2014in whichpatients who had undergone prostate biopsies proved to be prostate cancer in ourhospital, of which74cases were Prostate cancer nodules,25cases were prostateintraepithelial neoplasia PIN,39cases were benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH).(1)Retrospectively analyse the cases of Prostate cancer nodules by rectaltwo-dimensional(2D) and three-dimensional(3D)transrectal ultrasound images, andaccording to the images divide prostate cancers into three types by reference to theformer studies: pure nodular type, nodules infiltration type, diffuse infiltration type;compare invasion and metastasis degree of different echocardiographic classification ofprostate cancers with cases of PIN and BPH;(2) get histopathology specimen intoimmunohistochemical staining;study and compare K-ras、EGFR、MMP2and MMP9protein expression in different groups of Prostate cancers, PIN, hyperplastic tissue.Results:(1) Simple nodular type (30cases):4cases of poorly differentiatedadenocarcinoma,0cases; Nodular infiltrates type (20cases):14cases of poorlydifferentiated adenocarcinoma,15cases; Diffuse infiltration type (24cases):20cases of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma,19cases. Nodules infiltration type and diffuseinfiltration type low differentiated adenocarcinoma of prostate cancer cases andmetastasis (C+D) cases only accounts for a significantly higher than the ratio of thenodular type (P<0.05), but no difference between the former two (P>0.05).(2) Threepoints in prostate cancer and PIN group K-ras protein expression positive rate andstrong positive rate and EGFR protein expression positive rate were significantly higherin the hyperplasia group (P<0.05); Nodules infiltration and diffuse invasive prostatecancer protein expression positive rate and strong positive rate of K-ras and EGFRprotein expression were relatively simple nodular type, and the PIN group issignificantly higher (P<0.05); Simple nodular type in prostate cancer the K-ras proteinexpression positive rate and strong positive rate and EGFR protein expression positiverate and the PIN group no significant difference (P>0.05);Nodules infiltration type anddiffuse infiltration type in prostate cancer the K-ras protein expression positive rate andstrong positive rate and EGFR protein expression positive rate had no obviousdifference (P>0.05).(3) Three parting MMP2protein expression in prostate cancerand PIN group strong positive rate and MMP9protein expression positive rate andpositive rate were significantly higher in the hyperplasia group (P<0.05);Nodulesinfiltration and diffuse invasive prostate cancer MMP2protein expression in thepositive rate and MMP9protein expression positive rate and strong positive rate thansheer nodules and PIN group is significantly higher (P<0.05); Simple nodular type ofMMP2protein expression positive rate of prostate cancer and MMP9protein expressionpositive rate and strong positive rate and the PIN group no significant difference (P>0.05); Nodules infiltration type and diffuse infiltration type MMP2protein expressionpositive rate of prostate cancer and MMP9protein expression positive rate and strongpositive rate had no obvious difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: The occurrence of prostate cancer development, simple nodular typehigh degree of differentiation of prostate cancer and no distant metastasis, the malignantdegree is low, the features and PIN nodules is close, so can consider follow-upobservations, standby; Nodules infiltration type and diffuse infiltration of prostate cancer differentiation degree is low, and prone to distant metastases, the malignantdegree is higher, so the proposal should be surgical treatment as soon as possible.
