To Analyze The Ultrasonographic Features Of Prostate On Transrectal Ultrasound And Evaluate Healing Efficacy Between Different Endoscopic Operation Of The Prostate Through Transrectal Ultrasound

Objective:To analyze the different ultrasonographic features of prostatic diseases and clinical value on transrectal ultrasound and evaluate healing efficacy between trans-urethral resection of the prostate TURP and transurethral enucleation of the prostate TUEP further through transrectal ultrasound.Method:1. The transrectal ultrasound findings in78patients were reviewed and analy-ed from2010June2012April in Urology department. Ultrasonographs in compuer were reappraised and analyzed, different ultrasonographic features of prostatic diseas-es were recorded according different prostatic diseases. Through comparative analysis with transabdominal ultrasound, the transrectal ultrasound was made further research.2.75cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPHwho were treated with TUEP surgery,110cases who were treated with TURP surgery were reviewed in Urology de-partment. Patients were observed in the operative time, blood loss, the resected tissue weight and IPSSscore QOL score, maximum flow rate of each group before and after surgery.Result:1. Anteroposterior diameter of prostate measured by transabdominal ultrasou-nd is exceed transrectal ultrasound(P<0.05). Transverse diameter measured by transb-dominal ultrasound is no statistical difference from transrectal ultrasound(P>0.05). Vertical diameter measured by transabdominal ultrasound is less than transrectal ultrasound(P<0.05).2. Prostatic volume of parameters measured by transabdominal ultrasound and transrectal ultrasound and age,IPSS of patients parameters presented positive correla-tion. Both correlation coefficients are statistical difference. Prostatic volume of par-ameters measured by transabdominal ultrasound and age,IPSS parameters presented more positive correlation than transabdominal ultrasound. 3. Nodes echo were detected in ultrasonograph of prostate cancer is statistical difference from prostatic benign diseases(P<0.05). Low echo area were detected in ultrasonograph of prostate cancer is statistical difference from prostatic benign diseas-es(P<0.05). Happening part of low echo area in ultrasonograph of prostate cancer is statistical difference from prostatic benign diseases(P<0.05). Blood flow of low echo area in ultrasonogra-ph of prostate cancer is statistical difference from prostatic benign diseases(P<0.05). Heterogeneity of low echo area in ultrasonograph of prostate cancer is statistical difference from prostatic benign diseases(P<0.05).4. The intraoperative blood loss in TUEP group prostatic volume<60ml were significantly higher than those of TURP group, in TUEP groups prostatic volume60-120ml and>120ml were significantly lower than those of TURP group; operating time s in TUEP group prostatic volume<60ml were significantly lower than those of TURP group, in TUEP groups prostatic volume60-120ml and>120ml were signific-antly higher than those of TURP group;the resected tissue weight was significantly higher than that of TURP group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Transrectal ultrasound can clearly display echo capsule blood flow and border of internal and external gland through closely observing, at the same time, transrectal ultrasound can make some advantages for example it can decrease interference of intestinal inflation and obesity and is unnecessary to fill bladder. Reproducibility and diagnosis rate of transrectal ultrasound is higher than transabd-ominal ultrasound. Transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy guided by rectal utrasound has become main early detection of prostate carcinoma.2. TUEP compared to TURP surgery is less complications, more resected tissue weight, through decreasing blood loss TUEP will become more widely.
