The first partPurpose: To be aimed to explore the influence for the red bloodcells of different degree ofmechanical oscillationMethodsI.To select20samples of the spine surgery patients, ASA I-III level, aged25to75years old.II.To draw10ml blood samples of each patient, average into4groups.Each bloodsample is anticoagulated with0.5ml salineheparin sodium solution, and divided into4groups according to thedifferent process ways: C group (control group), N1group(0.5min oscillation), N2group (1min oscillation) and N3group (2min oscillation).III.To place the N1, N2, N3and control group blood sample statically for90min,and centrifuge the4blood samples with the R group blood sample at a speed of5600r/min for3min.IV.To detect the MCV,MCH,DIand EEI of the5group blood samples and observethe changes.ResultI.To compare with the C group, the MCV, MCH, DI and EEI of N2and N3groupare changed. The difference is statistically significant. II.There is the statistically significant difference of MCV, MCH, DI and EEIbetween N2group and N3group.ConclusionMechanical oscillation produced by medicinal oscillator can make some changesfor red blood cells in morphology and function, and under the condition of thisresearch,, the longer of the oscillation, the greater of the effect on red blood cells. The second partPurpose: To be aimed to explore the protective effect of the succinyl gelatin andglucose for the red blood cells with mechanical oscillation.MethodsI.To select20blood samples of the spine surgery patients, ASA I-III level, aged25to75years old.II.To draw7.5ml blood samples of each patient, average into3groups. Eachblood sample is anticoagulated with0.5ml anticoagulant fluid, and divided into3groups according to the different anticoagulant fluid for mula: N group (saline heparinanticoagulant fluid), S group (succinyl gelatin heparin anticoagulant fluid) and Ggroup(0.1%glucose saline heparin anticoagulant fluid).III.To oscillate the3blood samples for1min and thendetect the MCV, MCH, DIand EEI, and observe the changes.ResultI. To compare with the N group, the difference of MCV, MCH,DI and EEIbetween S and G groups isstatistically significant.II.There is no statistically significant difference of MCV, MCH, DI and EEIbetween S group and G group. ConclusionSuccinyl gelatin and glucose have a protective effect for the red blood cells in themechanical stress of the mechanical oscillation. The third partPurpose: To be aimed to explore the protective effect of the succinyl gelatin andglucose for the red blood cells formation and function in the process of spine surgeryautologous blood transfusion.MethodsI.To select60blood samples of the spine surgery patients, ASA I-III level, aged25to75years old.II.To adopt the ZITI-3000blood recycling machine for the intra-operativeautologous transfusion, and divided the60samples into3groups randomly according tothedifferent anticoagulant fluid formula: NS group (saline heparin anticoagulant fluid),SG group (succinyl gelatin heparin anticoagulant fluid) and GN group (0.1%glucosesaline heparin anticoagulant fluid).III.To detect the MCV, MCH, DI and EEI before operation, beforewashing andafter washing in the process of blood recycling, andcalculate to compare the red bloodcells SR of the3groups andobserve the changes of the red blood cells with smearstaining.ResultI.Blood SR of3groups:compared with NS group,SG group is higher significantly, and the difference is statistically significant. Compared with GN group, SG groupdifference is statistically significant.II.MCV: compared with the pre-operation,the red blood cells volume of3groups is increased before washing.Compared with NS group, there is difference for both of SGand GN groups. There is difference of the MCV for NS group between the bloodsamples before washing and after washing.III.MCH: compared with pre-operation, the MCH of3groups is decreased beforewashing and the difference is statistically significant. Compared with NS group, there isdifference for SG group and GN group.IV.DI:compared with pre-operation,the3groups are increased.Compared with NSgroup, SG group has difference. Compared with GN group, SG group has difference.V. EEI:compared with pre-operation, the3groups are extended. Compared withNS group, SG group has difference. Compared with GN group, SG group hasdifference.ConclusionIn the process of the spinal surgery autologous transfusion, the succinyl gelatinand0.1%glucose saline heparin anticoagulant fluid can protect the red blood cells andincrease the SR of the red blood cells, which are better than normal salineanticoagulantfluid.
