| Objective:Through the application of silver ion antibacterial gel dressings in Ⅱ°(shallow and deep Ⅱ°) burn wounds, observe the local changes and healing time, wound and bacteriology examination, evaluation of silver ion antibacterial gel dressings on burns Ⅱ°(shallow and deep Ⅱ°) wound healing, and judge the clinical effect of silver ion antibacterial gel dressings. To observe the adverse drug events, evaluate its safety. Methods:In November2013to April2014in the second affiliated hospital of kunming medical university in the records of patients with acute, selecting30patients into the group standard, the area is roughly equal, burns patients with depth of the burned area is relatively consistent, similar or symmetrical wounds were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in two areas. Each burn patients in the same conditions debridement, drainage of blister and remove have separate epidermis, with0.1%of new clean, clean the wound. Experimental group with silver ion antibacterial gel dressings rub through sterile gauze is stuck in the wound, control group wound with sulfadiazine silver cream knead of sterile gauze is stuck in the wound, all covered with16layer outside sterile gauze, plus a sterile dressing pads properly fixed much early effusion, wound dressing to go once every other day. In burn patients admitted to hospital for the first time on the day before debridement dressing, shallow Ⅱ degree after3d,7d,14d, deep Ⅱ degree after3d,7d and14 d and21d acquisition wound secretion send lab for bacterial culture, germiculture positive for separation of bacteria identification and drug susceptibility test, a detailed record wound pain during dressing change, seepage, swelling, wound area and the changes of patients’ blood in the urine routine, liver and kidney function test results before and after the treatment, record adverse reactions during the treatment. Count data and rate compared with X2test, t test is used for measuring data, Wilcoxon rank and inspection for hierarchical data. Data with statistical software (SPSS14.0) were analyzedResults:Compared with control group, the wound healing time of the treatment group (P<0.05),3,7,14days after the medication wound healing rate was significantly higher (P<0.05), the experimental group effusion significantly less than the control group (P<0.05), two groups of wound bacterial culture there was no statistically significant difference of positive rate, wound pain no significant difference (P>0.05). In the process of the experimental group does not appear the whole body and local adverse drug reactions. Conclusion:Silver ion antibacterial gel dressings with sulfadiazine silver cream treatment of burn wounds with no statistical difference in infection control, but in the healing rate and reduce wound exudate of silver ion antibacterial gel dressings is superior to the traditional sulfadiazine silver cream. Silver ion antibacterial gel dressings for Ⅱ degree burn is effective and safe treatment of dressings, worthy of further popularization and application in clinic. |
