Objectives: Adopt the method of grouping antitheses,dressing and silver sulfadiazine silver nanoparticles were compared in curative effect of deep second degree burns in New Zealand rabbits,and for all relevant tissue healing,the advantage and disadvantage of nano silver dressing,proposed for clinical drug treatment in patients with deep second degree burns to provide theoretical basis.Methods: Randomly selected 20 adult healthy New Zealand rabbits,by ear margin to anesthesia,intravenous drug anesthesia after hair removal,in the back made scalding hot towel high temperature continuous hot model,each rabbit,A total of six scald wounds,on both sides of the spine once upon A time in the future are arranged respectively,to 3 cm in diameter,spacing before and after each burn wound is about 3 cm,about distance of about 3 cm,all rabbits two symmetrical near the head wound was defined as A group,the middle two wounds defined as group B,the tail two wounds in group C,group A wound with nano silver dressing treatment,treatment with group B wound sulfadiazine silver,using iodophor group C v,three groups using the same dosage,and covered with vaseline gauze bandage,A daily change,respectively after the use of 4,7,10,14 d each executed five rabbit,wound of macroscopic observation,first to use transparent grid paper draw the healing of the wounds constituting the graphics,the healing rate is calculated on the basis of this.Again separately under the scab tissue bacterial quantitative detection,and histology test of wound central organization,such as HE staining and immunohistochemical,computing ? type and ? collagen type detection and microvascular density,etc.And on the edge of the drawn within the wound after random take quantitative granulation tissue,the hydroxyproline is calculated.Comparative analysis of two groups of detection index and results.Results: 1.Burn model is successful,the experiment process,no animal's accidental death and loss;2.Wound gross observation showed that after four days,wound is relatively clean,group A and B and C group wounds have redness and exudate,after 7 days,A group of wound has no obvious exudation,and began to scab over,B and C group is scabby thicker,accompanied by the exposure of the wound;Wound after 10 days,three groups are relatively clean,group A scabby began to separation,B and C group also started A new organization to crawl on scab skin;After 14 days,group A wound has narrowed considerably,wound edge of new tissue,B and C group exposed wound also has new tissue cover.3.A,B,C three sets of the healing rate in general are on the rise,4 days after medication,A,B group of healing rate is slightly higher than that of group C,but the difference is not statistically significant.7 ?10?14days after medication,the healing rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B and C,while group B was higher than that of group C,the difference is statistically significant.4.Histological staining observation showed that after 4 days,three groups of similar organization situation,there are obvious small thrombosis,and the destruction of the skin structure;After 7 days,visible presence of particles of inflammation,but relatively less after 4 days,A group of visible blood vessels expanded state,and A small blood vessels to form;After 10 days,three groups are visible to certain collagen accumulation,cellular level and form gradually restore;After 14 days,group A wound on basic have epithelium,tiny blood vessels and obvious.Group B and C are epithelium is not complete,but also to have certain epithelium phenomenon..5.In group A,after 4 days of bacteria quantity began to decrease,group B is in after 7 days began to decrease,and group C,have been high amount of bacteria,and even A bit of A rising trend.Taken together the four time points and found A group of bacteria,the total positive rate was 20%,B group was 30%,the C group was 62.5%,the bacteria positive rate of group A was significantly lower than that of group B and C,statistically significant difference.6.Four days after the group A with dosage of tiny blood vessels inside the wound began to rise sharply,density on slices at the same time can also see the granulation tissue hyperplasia.At various time points,CD34 positive expression of group A are B and C group is significantly higher than the same period,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),7.Each group of hydroxyproline content also increases with longer duration of use,4 days after medication,A,B,C three groups of hydroxyproline content there is no significant difference,but in after 7?10?14 days,group A was significantly higher than that of group B and C,statistically significant difference,while at the same time the content of the content of group B than in group C,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).8.Longer duration of use ? collagen type and the ratio of collagen type ? gradually reduce,in four days after the medication,the ratio of group A,B,C three phase,almost no statistically difference,but 7,10 14 days after the medication,group A ? type collagen and collagen type ? ratio is significantly lower than that of group B and C,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusions: 1.Through the method of hot gauze pad hot simmer success production model of deep second degree burns;2.The antibacterial properties of nano silver dressing,wound healing ability,promote collagen tissue formation ability is better than that of sulfadiazine silver;3.The nano silver dressing in clinically as a deep second degree burns an ideal drug treatment.
