Clinical Study Of Abdominal Acupuncture For Treatment Of Chong And Ren Disorder Type Acne

ObjectiveThis study uses the global acne grading system (GAGS), the clinical syndrome integral index to observe the abdominal acupuncture and general acupuncture hedge any changes before and after treatment of acne the ataxia type score, and the improvement of comparative analysis, to explore a better method, provides the clue of acupuncture treatment for acne, and then into-abdominal acupuncture Chong and Ren of clinical application of ataxia type acne and provide a theoretical basis.Methods66cases of acne patients were required, the grouping method of simple random design, according to the ratio of1:1was divided into experimental group and control group, and each group had33cases. The results of two groups of a total fall off in4cases,1case in test group,3cases in the control group, according to the established plan cases were62patients,32cases in test group,30cases in the control group. The experimental group was given the treatment of abdominal acupuncture, acupoint selection:air entraining Guiyuan (Chungwan, Hsiawan, Qihai, Guan Yuan), abdominal four (Wai Ling, huaroumen, both sides point selection), Yintu, rheumatism, Qixue and Gas side. The air entraining Guiyuan deep needling; abdominal four, rheumatism, Qixue, Gas side thorn in; Yintu is shallow needling. Control group was given ordinary acupuncture therapy, acupoint selection:Yangbai, Quanliao, Dazhui, Hegu, Quchi, Neiting, Xuehai, Geshu, and Sanyinjiao. All points are the conventional acupuncture. In the two groups after acupuncture treatment of acne lesions underwent local fire needle therapy. The two groups were2times a week,1month for a course of treatment, a total of two courses of treatment, two treatment courses were observed at the end of follow-up after a month. Observation indexes include global acne grading system (GAGS) and TCM clinical syndrome integral. The above observation items before treatment, after the1course of treatment, end after2course of treatment, after two courses of treatment after1month were filled once,4times. Data were analyzed with SPSS18.0statistical software, using t test measurement data, the data are mean standard deviation (x±s) said, count data using χ2test, ranked data using the rank sum test.Results1. Two groups of patients with age, course of disease, marital status, living habits, the severity of acne lesions before treatment, integral and TCM syndrome integral comparison, there was no significant difference (P>0.05), the clinical data had comparability.2. Two groups of treatment of acne lesions improved to some extent. After the1course of treatment, and the therapeutic effects in the two groups, no significant difference (P>0.05). Clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine two groups were improved to a certain degree, while the control group was not significantly improved.3. The treatment in the two groups after the2course of treatment of acne lesions and two groups of TCM syndrome were significantly improved, and the test group was better than control group (P<0.05)4. The end of treatment after two period of treatment1months and after2course of treatment, no statistical significance test group of acne lesions and TCM syndrome integral difference (P>0.05), while the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The long term effect of experimental group is better than control group.5. Two groups of curative effect,7cases were cured,18cases markedly effective,4cases,3cases ineffective, the total effective rate was90.625, control group2cases were cured,12cases markedly effective,11cases,5cases ineffective, the total effective rate was83.33, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05)ConclusionThis study observed the effect of abdominal acupuncture regulating Chong and Ren ataxic patients with acne lesions and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, results showed that abdominal acupuncture Chongren imbalance is better than type acne with control group, the curative effect, safety, simple operation, quick, advantages of long-term good curative effect, worthy of clinical Application.
