Clinical Study Of Abdominal Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Mask Import In The Treatment Of Chong And Ren Disorder Type Acne

Objective By observing the abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask import as a disorder of treatment the clinical curative effect.,and the results of abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask import correlation analysis,explore the abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask import as a disorder advantages and characteristics of acne,for clinical treatment of chong and Ren disorder type acne provide rigorous scientific research and clinical data of new ideas.Methods In this study,70 female patients who were first admitted to the depa rtment of dermatology of the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou unive rsity of traditional Chinese medicine or the department of dermatology of Guangzhou hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicin e and were diagnosed with acne due to chong and Ren disorder were randoml y assigned to the control group and treatment group 35 cases respectivel y.The treatment group was treated with abdominal acupuncture combined wi th the introduction of traditional Chinese medicine mask,and the control group was treated with tanshinone capsules combined with the introductio n of traditional Chinese medicine mask.Abdominal acupuncture treatment g roup selected point: air entraining Gui yuan(Zhongwan,Xiawan,Qihai,Gu anyuan),abdominal four(Hua Roumen,Wai Ling,both sides point selection),Qixue(double),Daheng(double),Yindu(double),Shangfengshi(double),combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment mask import method,abdominal acupuncture therapy every other day,and traditional Chinese medicine facial mask once a week,a month for a period of treatment,treatment interval o f 3 days,two courses of treatment to observe curative effect.The contro1 group was treated with tanshinone capsules,4 capsules for 3 times a da y.Combined with the traditional Chinese medicine mask import(the same as above),1 month is a course of treatment,and the therapeutic effect is observed after 2 months of treatment.Respectively before and after the t reatment group and control group to adopt acne skin integral(GAGS),score before and after menstruation and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)to calculate the change of the two sets of corresponding points before an d after the treatment,so as to assess the clinical efficacy of the two g roups after treatment.Results In this study,a total of 70 cases meeting the requirements of this study were collected,including 35 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group.During the study,1 patient in the treatment group and 2 patients in the control group fell off.Baseline comparison:1.The research results show that before the treatment of two groups of patients before age,course of the disease,treatment of disease severity,rest time,acne skin integral(GAGS),and the score before and after menstruation and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)baseline data statistical analysis,comparison between groups have no statistical significance(P is greater than 0.05),so the two groups of clinical data comparable.(2)Its curative effect was compare: that total effective rate of treatment group was 85.29%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.64%.This indicates that the treatment group is more effective than the control group in improving the comprehensive condition.(2)With the statistics of each group before and after treatment of acne skin integral(GAGS),and the score before and after menstruation and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)score for paired samples t test,results the treatment group and control group three evaluation indexes of P value is less than 0.05,the di.fference was statistically significant.(3)Of the two groups after treatment in patients with acne skin integral(GAGS),and the score before and after menstruation and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)difference comparison,using statistical tests,the resultssuggest:The acne skin integral(GAGS)and various syndromes before and after menstruation and the score of P value is less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,dermatology life quality index of the P value is greater than 0.05,there was no statistically significant differe.Conclusion The comprehensive effect of the abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask import in the treatment of chong and Ren disorder type acne is better than that of oral tanshinone capsules combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment mask import.Abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask import method is superior to that.of oral tanshinone capsules combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment mask import group in improving acne skin damage and various syndromes before and after menstruation.Abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask import and oral tanshinone capsules combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment mask import have the same effect on improving the quality of life of skin diseases.
