Clinical Study Of Four Decoction For Breast Cancer Prevention And Treatment Of Anthracycline Chemotherapy Of Acute Cardiac Toxicity

ObjectiveThis study is to explore the four traditional Chinese medicine decoction in prevention and treatment of breast cancer treated with anthracycline containing chemotherapy induced acute heart toxicity and clinical significance..MethodsThis study selected56cases undergoing anthracycline containing chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer,28patients in the treatment group, the day before chemotherapy was given four inverse decoction, taking it for one week;28cases of control group patients, treated with chemotherapy. Before and after treatment were observed in patients with ECG changes, CK-MB, troponin I, clinical symptoms of cardiovascular system and yang deficiency syndrome.ResultsTwo groups of patients by electrocardiogram, creatine kinase isoenzyme, troponin I, clinical symptoms of cardiovascular system and yang deficiency syndrome before and after treatment, abnormal rate of ECG of the patients in the treatment group than in the control group, P>0.05; numerical and increased the positive rate of CK-MB of the treatment group were lower than the control group, P<0.05; two group of cTnI with no abnormal, and the numerical treatment group increased cTnI lower than the control group P>0.05; the treatment group the incidence of cardiovascular symptoms was lower than that in the control group, P<0.05; the treatment group before and after treatment, Yang Deficiency Syndrome integral has no obvious change, compared with yang deficiency syndrome integral group after treatment than before treatment, P<0.05. Conclusion1. For anthracycline chemotherapy acute cardiac toxicity in patients with breast cancer, four inverse decoction has obvious improvement to the CK-MB, but still need to expand the sample size, understand the four inverse ECG decoction can improve the anthracycline induced abnormal change.2. cTnI as a cardiac toxicity monitoring indicators, the abnormal rate was positively correlated with the cumulative dose may anthracycline chemotherapy related, in early did not change significantly, multi cycle of chemotherapy can occur after the change. This suggests that we can consider the continuous monitoring and dynamic observation of plasma cTnI, to evaluate the four inverse Decoction in prevention of anthracycline cardiotoxicity effect.3. Four inverse decoction can effectively reduce the anthracene ring medicine caused by clinical cardiovascular symptoms occur.4. Anthracyclines are "cold poison", easy to hurt the human body Yang, while the four inverse Yang Deficiency Syndrome decoction can obviously improve the anthracycline induced.
