One group is treatment group (30cases) and the other group is contrast group(30cases). Both of the group’s patients must met the diagnostic criteria, must met inclusion criteria, and at last those who pass the exclusion criteria screening. Both groups are conducted routine medical treatment and symptomatic and supportive treatment. Including of control pressure, adjustment lipid, blood glucose control, rivalry blood platelet gather, improve microcirculation and nutrition nerve and etc. Patients who with limb dysfunction press according to the"Acupuncture&stroke disease" syndrome differentiation to choose the acupoint. The I group set up for the treatment group, treated use wangu zuoyoushanglianquan on Electric acupuncture; The II group is the control group received conventional acupuncture treatment. Two groups of patients are evaluated for efficacy after a treat once a day for2weeks of treatment (one course). Use tins water frog experiment and swallowing function status classification for the evaluation, After evaluate the efficacy to establish a database with the resulting data of the two groups, and statistical analysis the result use SPSS17.0software. Through the statistical results to observe the two treatment methods to improve swallowing function case in two group patients with Difficulty in swallowing after stroke.Results1. Before treatment, The two groups of patients’s swallowing score and swallowing functional status grading were performed pairwise comparison. To compare the swallowing function scores between the two groups P=0.862, To compare the swallowing function status between the two groups P=0.848. The difference between the two groups was not statistically implication (P>0.05), There have comparability between the two groups of patients.2. After treatment, Through their own before and after compare with swallowing score and swallowing functional. To compare the treatment group’s swallowing function scores before and after itself P=0.000, To compare the treatment group’s swallowing function status before and after itself P=0.000. To compare the contrast group’s swallowing function scores before and after itself P=0.000, To compare the contrast group’s swallowing function status before and after itself P=0.000. The two groups of patients’s swallowing function scores were decreased (P<0.05), and the two groups of patients’s swallowing functional status classification have risen (P<0.05). So it describes the two methods of acupuncture for the patient both have efficacy.3. One group of patient contrast with the other group of patient after treatment, therapy group’s swallowing score are lower than the control groupP=0.041(P<0.05), There was no significant discrepancy between the two groups’s swallowing functionalP=0.592(P>0.05). Overall compare of efficacy on the patients who was divided into two group, Treatment group are better than the group who received conventional treatmentP=0.760(P>0.05), It instructions that in the overall efficacy of the treatment group and the comparison group had no significant difference.ConclusionBoth the methods can significantly improve the patients’s swallowing function. But this study’s selection of points is simple, easy to operate and the patient is more easily accepted.
