Objective:Dysphagia is one of the most common sequelae of stroke. The western medicine has no cure for dysphagia after stroke, it is largely dependent on rehabilitation of swallowing function. Acupuncture is a treasure of traditional Chinese medicine, modern researches show that Acupuncture and rehabilitation of swallowing function combined treatment of dysphagia after stroke significant effect, and security, economic, and worthy of further promotion in clinical practice. This study "technology research on acupuncture treatment of dysphagia after stroke", have a scientific assessment methods, randomized controlled clinical studies, to objectively evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Methods:In this study,43patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group,21patients, the control group,22patients. Enrolled strictly in accordance with the principle of objectivity, the evaluation of patients met the inclusion criteria cannibalize random envelope packet to determine the treatment. Control group design based on conventional medical treatment and rehabilitation of swallowing function, given acupuncture treatment group based on comprehensive treatment program.3times a week, every other day,14days for a course of treatment. We use the water-swallow test to compare the efficacy of the two groups on14th day,28th day,42rd day,60th day of treatment. Finally, we create a database with the Access, than import data into SPSS to analyze data. The results:Baseline comparison:on the subjects of sex, age, duration and type of stroke treatment baseline the bedside water-swallow test for statistical analysis, and the results show no difference between the two groups statistically significant (P>0.05), they are comparable.Analysis of the results:Finally after the statistical analysis, Z=-2.177, P=0.029(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the overall treatment effect, both of which are effective, but the efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclus ion:The swallowing rehabilitation treatment is effective for patients with dysphagia after stroke, but the cure rate is lower. To evaluate the efficacy with the water-swallow test acupuncture combined with swallowing rehabilitation training is better than individual swallowing rehabilitation training, what can significantly improve the patient’s swallowing function. Acupuncture is safe and effective, it is worthy of further promote the application.
