ObjectivesIn the study, It has been applied to explore and evaluate in the scientific system, A single blind randomized control principle, Increasing bone marrow soup in treatment of bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction in Clinical application. in order to expand the scope of the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treatment of the adverse reaction of chemotherapy.MethodsIn Guangzhou City Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine, Select104cases that Patients who had been receiving chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery. Follow the patient before and after admission time in two groups, the test group and the control group. The control group have been given basic treatment, the others have been given in the same basic treatment with traditional chinese medicine of Increasing bone marrow soup. Observation of the number of white blood cells, Platelet counts, Symptoms of nausea and vomiting, the amount of appetite, times and doses of rhG-CSF.Result1It is that increasing bone marrow soup in treatment of bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction witch caused by chemotherapy, with age, pathological type, tumor grade, chemotherapy has no statistical significance.2The test group the incidence of nausea and vomiting was significantly lower, obviously reduced the incidence reduction in white blood cells than the control group.3The test group used rhG-CSF decreased significantly compared with the control group, It has statistical significance.4The average amount of appetite in test group is higher than that of control group.Conclusion1Increasing bone marrow soup can relieve the myelosuppression and gastrointestinal tract reaction witch Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer induced.2Increasing bone marrow decoction can reduce the breast cancer patient with postoperative chemotherapy to use rhG-CSF dosage.3Increasing bone marrow soup can increase the appetite of patients during adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.
