The Clinical Study Of Yi Qi Huo Xue Decoction Treatment On Related Anemia Of Colorectal Cancer In Advanced

Objectives:This study by observed modified Yiqi Huoxue Decoction treats the typeof qi deficiency and blood of stasis of related anemia of colorectal cancer in advancedred blood cell, hemoglobin, and hematocrit,to evaluate the clinical efficacy,and inorder to provide the basis for treating related anemia of colorectal cancer in advancedin clinical.Methods: All59samples that bring into the study through the method of randomdigits table were randomly divided into two groups,30cases of treatment group,and29cases of control group.Treatment group of30cases:oral Yiqi Huoxue Decoction.Control group of29cases: oral Compound E-Jiao slurry.The two groups were treatedfor3weeks for1course, to observe the change on red blood cell, hemoglobin,hematocrit,Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment,and then toanalysis of KPS score in patients.Results: Before and after treatment，the levels of RBC、 HGB and HCT in twogroups were increased, there was no significant difference (P>0.05); the twogroups before and after treatment of TCM symptom score were decreased, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the improvement in insomnia, morereduction of compound E-Jiao slurry symptom integral, compared with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the two groupsbefore and after treatment in patients with heart rate decreased, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05); the two groups before and after treatment KPSscore increased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the two groupsduring treatment was well tolerated, there were no serious adverse reactions, and theindexes of liver, kidney function treatment, no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Decoction and compound E-Jiao slurry can rise highschool advanced colon rectal cancer related anemia RBC, HGB and HCT levels; YiqiHuoxue decoction is compound E-Jiao slurry can reduce the clinical symptoms inpatients with integral level, reduce the patient’s heart rate, improve the quality of lifeof patients, this may be because the Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on spleen qi and blood,improves blood circulation, have a certain inhibitory effect on primary tumor.
