Epimedium is pharmacopoeia included traditional Chinese medicine in our country, alarge number of basic research and clinical practice has proved that epimedium have strongbones and muscles, wind dampness, the effect of warming Yang. In this paper, extraction oftotal flavonoids in epimedium, hydrolysis conditions of inspection, epimedium flavonecompound purification and in vitro antioxidant activity were studied.The development andapplication of in-depth development of epimedium laid a foundation.1. Using high-speed countercurrent chromatography separation ofthe compounds. Hexane solvent system for the method-ethyl acetate and methanol-water-(3,7,3.5,3.5, v/v/v/v), the above phase as the phase as mobile phase, flow rate of2.0mL/min,the speed is900RPM/min, the temperature is25℃, the retention of stationary phase was48%. By the above method can get high purity of the molecular weight of548of epimediumflavonoids monomer.4. Epimedium flavone in vitro antioxidant researchThis paper has carried on the ascorbic acid Vc, epimedium flavonoids extract,epimedium flavone hydrolyzate, epimedium extract and flavonoids epimedium flavone ofpurified in vitro antioxidant research. Set up two main model DPPH method and FRAPmethod, the experimental results show that the concentration and antioxidant capacity intopositive correlation. The five kinds of samples to the order of DPPH free radical and effective dose is5.46ug/mL,132.68ug/mL,28.56ug/mL,32.34ug/mL,51.05ug/mL.
