| Objective:Evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with leflunomide and glucocorticoid treatment of hematuria and proteinuria type purpura nephritis (HSPN) the efficacy and safetyMethods:Choose hospital meets the criteria for the60cases of children with purpura nephritis, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, treatment group30cases and control group30cases. Treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), leflunomide, prednisone and heparin sodium injection treatment, the control group given traditional Chinese medicine, Tripterygium glycosides Tablet and heparin sodium injection treatment, the total12weeks.4,12weekends as main observation points, observation of clinical symptoms and laboratory examination indexes before and after the change, make the efficacy and safety evaluation.Results:(1)The comprehensive curative effect comparison:the curative effect of treatment group and control group in the treatment of4weekend there was no significant difference (P>0.05); Two groups of curative effect in the treatment of12weekend there was no significant difference (P>0.05), both groups can improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes of children with HSPN, experimental group and control group markedly effective rate was83.33%,70.00%.(2) Proteinuria efficacy:two groups of4and12weekend curative effect had no significant difference (P>0.05); Two groups of proteinuria12weekend curative effect total effective rate was100%, markedly effective rate of the two groups were86.67%,90.00%respectively.(3) Urinary RBC efficacy:two groups of4and12weekend curative effect had no significant difference (P>0.05); Treatment of12weekends, experimental group and the control group markedly effective rate of 83.33%,70.00%respectively.(4) Comprehensive curative effect comparison between TCM syndrome types:experimental group comprehensive curative effect comparison between TCM syndrome types have significant difference (P<0.05), the control group comprehensive curative effect comparison between TCM syndrome type there was no significant difference (P>0.05), but because of too few cases selected, still need to increase the sample size for further observation.(5) Syndromes curative effect:the comprehensive curative effect between the two groups of TCM syndrome was no significant difference (P>0.05), treatment group and control group markedly effective rate were93.33%,96.67%respectively.(6)24h urine protein quantitative effect:experimental group and control group all can reduce urine protein of children with purpura nephritis, experimental group and control group in treatment of4weeks,12weeks and24h urine protein quantitative compared with before treatment had significant difference (P<0.01), the comparison between the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).(7) Experimental group compared with control group in the security there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine unite leflunomide and glucocorticoid treatment purpura nephritis hematuria and proteinuria type curative effect is distinct, safety and reliable. |
