Clinical Research On LiangXueHuaYuQuShi Soup Treating Children Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis With Heat And Stasis And Wet In Blood System

Objective:By observing and comparing the changes of clinical symptoms and signs before and after our treatment, objective evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of LiangXueHuaYuQuShi Soup. Our patient is derived from the Henoch-Schonlein Purpura nephritis in children show hematuria and proteinuria syndrome with Heat, stasis and wet in Blood System. Thus to provide more effective treatment for the disease.Methods:Using randomized controlled trial method to select 60 cases of children suffering Henoch-Schonlein Purpura nephritis show hematuria and proteinuria syndrome with Heat, stasis and wet in Blood System. They were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cetirizine syrup, vitamin C, dipyridamole pills, ambrette capsule and DanShen Tablet.The treatment group was treated with LiangXueHuaYuQuShi Soup on the basis of the control group. As a course of 4 weeks,we observed and recorded the clinical symptoms and signs before treatment, the first and the second course,and followed up for 3 months after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of the Comprehensive curative effects:6 cases were completely cured,17 cases significantly effective,5 cases progressive,and only 2 cases invalid in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 93.00%.Meanwhile 1 case was completely cured,7 cases significantly effective,18 cases progressive, and 4 cases invalid in the control group,the total effective rate was 86.00%.Wilcoxon signed rank test showed a significant difference(P<0.01).2. Comparison of the major efficacy index:There were differences in purpura,abdominal pain and joint pain(P<0.05),and the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group in reducing proteinuria symptoms(P<0.05).3. Comparison of the secondary efficacy index:The clinical symptoms such as spirit, diet, shit of all patient were improved with two different treatments (P<0.05), but the treatment group was obviously better than the control group (P<0.01).4. Safety Evaluation:There was no significant side effects and obvious influnce on blood routine and hepatorenal function.Conclusion:LiangXueHuaYuQuShi Soup has a definite therapeutic effect on the treatment of the Henoch-Schonlein Purpura nephritis in children show hematuria and proteinuria syndrome with Heat, stasis and wet in Blood System.lt can improve the skin rash, abdominal pain and joint pain in a short time and reduce the degree of hematuria and proteinuria, especially in the aspect of reducing proteinuria.
