| Objective: To observe the effect and safety of Chaihu-shugan Decoction combinewith Omeprazole and Domperidone in Treating Bile reflux gastritis (BRG) due to liver qiinvading stomach and the influence of Plasma Motilin.Methords:61cases of the patients with BRG due to liver qi invading stomach wasdivided into treatment group(31cases) and control group(30cases) randomly according tothe order of their treatment.Judge two groups ‘s comparability through statisting and andanalyse their distribution in gender,age,disease course,etc.The former was givenChaihu-shugan Decoction, Omperidone and Domperidone while the latter was givenDomperidone tablet only. Each patient was given continuous medication for2courses,onemonth a course. Statistic traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) score after eachcourse.Gastroscopy was done to observe the condition of Bile Reflux and the Plasma Motilinlevel was tested before and after the full treatment. Campare the Effect of syndrome ofTCM,gastroscope, the changing of Plasma Motilin level and side effets,make assessment oftwo groups in effct and safety.Results:(1)Both groups of TCM score after treatment was decraseed (P<0.05),whiletreat group decrased more obviously (P<0.05).Suggest that both group can improve TCMsyndrome and the treat group was superior to controul group.(2)The comparision ofeffectiveness of TCM score suggests significantly diffrence of bwtween twogroups(P<0.05),treatment group effective rate is96.77%,while96.00%in controul group.(3)TCM score of each main syndrome in both groups after the full treatment alldecrased(P<0.05);The treatment group in the scores of symptoms such as belching,poorappetite,depression, frquent sighing, vexation and sleeplessness more obviously decreasedthan controul group (P<0.05).(4)After the course of treatment,the two groups improve theClinical Symptoms and the condition of Bile Reflux under endoscopy all significantly(P<0.05). While there is no obvious diffrence in condition of Bile Reflux between the two groups after the treatment(P>0.05).(5) After the full course of treatment,the two groups haveno significant differences in effectiveness of endoscopy(P<0.05).(6)The level of plasmaMTL both increased of two groups(P<0.05). While the treatment group increasedhigher(P<0.05).(6) TCM syndrome integral and plasma MTL content are negativecorrelation.(7)There were no obvious adverse reactions and the patients could tolerate;patients in both groups completed the trial and no case of treatment interruption for seriousadverse events.Conclusion: Chaihu-shugan Decoction combined with Omeprazole and Domperidoneimprove the Clinical Symptoms and level of Plasma motilin significantly thansingle Omeprazole and Domperidone,suggesting the Chaihu-shugan Decoction couldimprove patients’ condition through anti-depression improve gastrointestinal motility andaffecting the level of MTL.The comparison of Long-term outcomes and side-effect withcontrol group still needs further clinical research of Large sample. While theaction mechanism of specific drugs in Chaihu-shugan Decoction and whether have relativitybetween depression and MTL or not still needs further and deep experiments research. |
