Addition And Subtraction Of Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined With PPI In The Treatment Of Bile Reflux Gastritis Of Dissimilar Liver And Stomach Type

Objective: To study the effect of adding and subtracting chaihu shugan powder combined with PPI in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis of dissonant liver and stomach.Methods: A total of 60 patients with bile reflux gastritis of liver-stomach disunited type admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table generated by SPSS,each group containing 30 patients.The control group was treated with pure PPI,and the observation group was treated with household addition and subtraction of chaihu shugan powder on the basis of the control group.The changes in serum related indicators(including gastrin,motilin and il-6),TCM symptom score,bile reflux and gastroscopy indexes of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results: There was no significant difference in gastrin,motilin,Il-6 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the scores of gastrin,Il-6 in the two groups of serum-related indicators significantly decreased,while the scores of motilin significantly increased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the improvement degree of gastrin,motilin,Il-6 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score,bile reflux and gastroscopy between the two groups(P > 0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the indexes of TCM symptom score,bile reflux and gastroscopy in the two groups were re-evaluated,indicating that the indexes in the three groups were all lower than thosein the previous group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group's TCM symptom score,the improvement degree of bile reflux and gastroscopy indexes was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Add and subtract wood joint Hu Shu liver powder PPI type used in the treatment of liver stomach with bile reflux gastritis curative effect significantly,can timely and effective inhibition of bile reflux gastric mucosa damage,protect gastric mucosa barrier function,is advantageous to the patients with gastrointestinal functional recovery,reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal discomfort,and no drug adverse reactions,is beneficial to patients recovery process is accelerated,is worthy of reference for clinical nursing promotion use.
