| 1.Objective: From Guizhi soup Yupingfeng powder, mechanism qi coldcold type mice with Guizhi Decoction Yupingfeng powder tripartitetreatment of research starting point to explore "formulas of theoryconnection of classics and empiricals" clinical application,clarify that"theory connection of classics and empiricals" the theory and practice, forto provide experimental evidence "the theory connection of classics andempiricals".2.Methods: The60mice were randomly labeled table method,divided intothe control group, model group,Guizhi decoction group,Yupingfeng powdergroup,Guizhi Decoction Yupingfeng poeder groups.After three days offeeding adaptation,performed qi cold modeling.Week after treatmentmodel,mice were sacrificed after collection of blood samples by flowcytometry CD+4T cells in blood,the content of CD+8T cells and theirratio;by intraperitoneal injection of5%saline suspension of chickenerythrocytes fluid, peritoneal washings draw microscopic method tocalculate the percentage of macrophages;mouse airway conventional lavagefluid taken centrifugal, ELISA assay concentrations of IgA;take the mousethymus,spleen,lung, calculate its dirty indices;the mouse lung tissue,fixedin10%formalin, embedded in paraffin for hematoxylin-eosin (HE)staining;data were processed using SSPS13.0statistical analysis software.3.Results: The model mice immune organ index and related immunological parameters were lower than the control group and the drug group, thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05) and (P<0.01); WeightGuizhi decoction group of mice, lung index lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01) and (P<0.05), spleenindex below Yupingfengsan Guizhi Decoction group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.01); Yupingfengsan group thymus index lowerthan the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01);Fang lung index group compared with model group difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05), CD+4/CD+8T cell ratio higher thanYupingfengsan group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01),higher respiratory IgA Guizhi decoction group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.01), macrophage higher than Guizhi decoctiongroup and Yupingfengsan group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).HE staining was observed by light microscopy showed that the controlgroup of mice lung tissue structural integrity, build modules mouse lungtissue hyperplasia with interstitial lung appears a lot of infiltration ofmononuclear cells, small vessel wall thickening, three groups of mice weredrug group different levels of these inflammation, Fang group than in termsof pathological changes in the degree of inflammation, such as the modelgroup and the other groups; medullary thymic cortex and medulla under thecontrol group of mice boundaries clear vision, the cortical cells arranged inan orderly close there are a few scattered reticular epithelial cells.
