A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis Of Lung-spleen-qi Deficiency And Wind-cold Type With Acupuncture Combined With Medicine

Purpose:By comparing the pure Chinese medicine,acupuncture and acupuncture combined with different treatment of lung and spleen deficiency and cold type of allergicrhinitis,to explore the combination of acupuncture and medicine on lung and spleen deficiency and cold type allergicrhinitis advantage,provide scientific basis for the treatment of lung and spleen deficiency and cold type allergicrhinitis is combination of acupuncture and medicine.Materialandmethod: A randomized controlled trial,according to the diagnostic criteria of allergic rhinitis and lung and spleen deficiency and cold syndrome classification standard,the income of allergic rhinitis(lung and spleen deficiency and cold type)96 cases,using random grouping method the patients were divided into 3 groups: Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group were given acupuncture group received;acupuncture therapy;combination group received the combined treatment of acupuncture and medicine.Observed before and 6 weeks after treatment VAS score(nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion),the improvement of RQLQ score and EOS were compared between the three groups,the clinical curative effect and recurrence rate,and detecting the relevant safety indicators,statistical analysis was performed by SPSS17.0 software.Results: 1.The VAS score of three groups before and after treatment(nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion)decreased,there was statistically significant(P<0.05),the combined group of VAS score(nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion)difference was significantly higher than that of acupuncture group,Chinese Medicine group,acupuncture group(VAS score of nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose spray stuffynose)difference in Chinese medicine group.2.Before and after treatment,the RQLQ scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those in the combination group(P<0.05),and the difference of the RQLQ score of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.3.Before and after treatment,the EOS of three groups decreased,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The EOS difference of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the acupuncture group and the Chinese medicine group,and the EOS difference in the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group.4.The effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the acupuncture group and the Chinese medicine group.5.The recurrence rate of the combined group was lower than that of the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.The recurrence rate of the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the acupuncture group,with a statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The combination of pure acupuncture,pure Chinese medicine and acupuncture and medicine is effective in the treatment of RA(spleen and lung qi deficiency and wind cold type).2.Combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of RA(spleen and lung qi deficiency and cold type)VAS score(nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion),the improvement of RQLQ score and EOS is better than that of simple acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine.3.The improvement of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of RA(spleen and lung qi deficiency and wind cold type)is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine.4.In the treatment of RA(spleen and lung qi deficiency and wind cold type),the prevention of recurrence is better than simple acupuncture.
