| Objective: This study is to analyse the clinical features of the risk factors inpremenopausal women with coronary heart disease(CHD)and provide the moreevidence for diagnosis and treatment in this women.Method: From October2010to October2012,140premenopausal womenpatients diagnosed to be coronary heart disease were included. According to thecoronary angiography(CAG) result, these patients were divided into CHD group(90patients)and control group(50patients).CHD group were divided into group A1ã€A2and A3according to the number of coronary lesion. All of the140cases weredeterminated the level of TCã€TGã€HDL-Cã€LDL-Cã€UAã€CRP and HCY. Age, weight,family history of coronary heart disease, smoking history, hypertension history anddiabetes history were also asked and measured.Results: Compared with the control group, there were significant higher inproportion of hypertension, diabetes, BMI and increased TG, CRP, HCY levels anddecreased HDL-C level in CHD group. Multivariate Logistic regression analysisshowed hypertension, diabetes, TG, CRP, HCY, and decreased HDL-C were independent risk factors for CHD group patients(P0.05). The HCY level of CHDgroup were positively related to the level of TG and CRP(P0.05), and negativelyrelated to the level of HDL-C(P0.05), but had no relation with the level of LDL-Cand UA.(P0.05). The HCY level of A1group were significantly higher than those inthe control group(P0.01), the HCY level of A2group were significantly higher thanthose in A1group(P0.05), the HCY level of A3group were significantly higher thanthose in A2group(P0.01). Multiple comparison in each group, the difference all hadstatistical significance(P0.05).Conclution: The study suggests that TG, hypertension, diabetes, CRP, HCY andlower HDL-C levels were independent risk factors for premenopausal women withcoronary heart disease. The HCY increased level will accumulate the degree ofcoronary lesions. |
