Study On Incidence And Mortality Of Malignant Tumors In Yueyanglou District,2009-2011

Objective:this study aimed to understand the morbidity and mortality status、epidemiological characteristics from malignant tumors in the district of Yueyanglou in yueyang city, hunan province. To grasp this region’s major malignant tumor, to determine the high risk groups。 Therefore,we can assess provide scientific basis for the cancer prevention and control measures, as well as to prevent cancer health education and teaching training, tumor etiology and prevention research provide valuable information and clues.Methods:The attract and death data of Yueyanglou District residents from2009to2011was collected by the cancer registry in Yueyanglou District Center for Disease Control and Prevention. In this research, the incidence standardized incidence, age-standardized incidence, proportion, incidence ratio, mortality rate, standardized mortality rate, age-standardized mortality and death ratio, death, sex ratio and so on.Results:1.in2009-2011, the total malignant tumors of Yueyanglou District were3539cases (male2088, female1451),the three-years incidence rate was213/10,000(male244.99/10,000, female179.33/10,000, radio=1.37), and three-years standardized incidence was336.16/10,000(male427.12/10,000, female of286.29/10,000).2. Yueyanglou District incidence age don’t always start from40to45years old group, a more rapid increase in incidence,65-69age group began to rise more, highest level in80-84age group, more than85-year-old age group drop.3. Yueyanglou District incidence of malignant tumors of row in the first three years is lung cancer (57.66/10,000), followed by thousands (27.75/10,000) of liver cancer and colorectal cancer (19.38/10,000), the stomach (15.41/10,000), such as breast cancer (14.27/10,000), the top ten malignant tumor accounted for78.47%of all malignant tumor. Top of male incidence of malignant tumor is lung cancer (79.90/10,000), followed by liver cancer (39.31/10,000), colorectal cancer (24.29/10), (21.47/10,000), esophageal gastric carcinoma (10.33/10,000), the top ten malignant tumor accounted for86.11%of all malignant tumor. Top of female malignant tumor incidence is lung cancer (34.24/10,000), followed by thousands (28.92/10,000) of breast cancer, cervical cancer (16.81/10,000), liver (15.57/10,000) and colorectal cancer (14.21/10,000), the top ten malignant tumor78.70of all malignant tumor4. The incidence of malignant tumor is different age groups:0to14age group in the incidence of leukemia (4.40/10,000) is significantly higher than other malignant tumor;15to44age group the incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma (8.43/10,000) in the first place, the second breast cancer;45-64age group (114.36/10,000) lung cancer, liver cancer (71.23/10,000), the onset of colorectal cancer (50.49/10,000) as the primary tumor; over65years old set of lung (673.91/10,000), liver (197.10/10,000) and the incidence of colorectal cancer (158.15/10,000) is located in the top three.5. in2009-2011, Yueyanglou District malignant tumor of the total death cases of1656cases (male1105, female551), three years of crude mortality rate per99.67/10,000(male129.65/10,000, female of68.10/10,000), standardized mortality rate of three years China’s population of167.26/10,000(male221.14/10,000, female of113.81/10,000). Sex ratio of2.01. Malignant tumor mortality in2010, the lowest and highest in2011.6.in2009-2011, Yueyanglou District malignant tumor mortality started up after40years old, and increased with age, reached the highest at the age of80-84age group, mortality rates have been falling slightly over85groups.7. in2009-2011, Yueyanglou District top of malignant tumor death is lung cancer (36.54/10,000), followed by liver cancer (21.07/10,000) and colorectal cancer (6.20/10,000), the stomach (5.18/10,000) and lymphoma (3.49/10,000), the top10malignant tumor accounted for85.93%of all malignant tumor. Male mortality rates are highest lung (54.63/10,000), followed by thousands (31.64/10,000) of liver cancer and colorectal cancer (8.90/10,000), the stomach (7.42/10,000) and lymphoma (4.70/10,000), the top10malignant tumor accounted for 90.32%of all malignant tumor. Female mortality rates are highest lung (20.39/10,000), as (11.62/10,000) of liver cancer, breast cancer (4.08/10,000), colorectal cancer (3.83/10) and brain malignant tumor (3.58/10,000), total accounted for83.6%of all female malignant tumors.8. The death of malignant tumors show different age groups:0to14years of age in the group of death from malignant tumor tumor types only malignant brain tumors (0.59/10,000) and leukemia (0.59/10,000);15-44age group (6.72/10,000) of liver cancer mortality rate in the first place, followed by lung cancer, lymphoma (2.56/10,000)(1.92/10,000), lung cancer, liver cancer (50.16/10,000), colorectal cancer (14.04/10,000) as the main cause of tumor; over65years old set of lung (466.19/10,000), liver (158.15/10,000), colorectal cancer (56.65/10,000) is located in the top three.Conclusion:1. Yueyanglou District standardized incidence of malignant tumor malignancy men than women. Incidence in80-84age group reached the highest level. Lung cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, and incidence of breast cancer is a malignant tumour of the top five. Leukaemia high incidence in the0-14years of age group, the incidence of liver cancer in the first15-44years old group, the second breast cancer;45-64age group the onset of lung cancer, liver cancer, cervical cancer as the primary tumor, over65years old set of lung cancer, liver cancer and colorectal cancer incidence of a disease is located in the top three.2. Yueyanglou District malignant tumor crude mortality men than women. Malignant tumor mortality in2010up to a minimum, and in2011reacher the highest. The highest mortality rates in80-84age group. Lung cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer and lymphoma are the top five malignant tumor death. Brain tumor and leukemia is a major cause of death0-14years of age group of malignant tumor,15-44age group of liver cancer mortality rate in the first place, more than45years old group of lung cancer, liver cancer, stomach cancer mortality is located in the top three.
