Objective:Exploring whther silkworm sand chlorophyll extract photodynamic therapy can effect the growth of Propionibacterium acnes and the result of inhibitory effect. Providing a scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:The experiment were divided into Silkworm-PDT group, Silkworm group, the group of bacteria, bacterial phototherapy group. We observe the result of Silkworm-PDT groups, Silkworm group, the group of bacteria and bacterial phototherapy group.Results:1000mg/ml Silkworm-PDT group can completely inhibited the growth of each concentration of P.acnes, the rest Silkworm-PDT group can’t completely inhibited the growth of each concentration of P.acnes. Silkworm groups, the group of bacteria and bacterial phototherapy groups can’t completely inhibited the growth of each concentration of P.acnes. Silkworm sand chlorophyll extract has photosensitivity, after reaching the corresponding concentration, according to solar energy affect the growth of Propionibacterium acnes, and can completely inhibit the growth of Propionibacterium acnes. Silkworm sand chlorophyll extract inhibits the growth of P.acnes as well as ALA-PDT. |
