| Chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN), abbreviated to chronic nephritis, is a primary glomerular disease, related to immune-mediated inflammatory diseases.its clinical manifestations are proteinuria, hematuria, hypertension and edema, accompanied by renal dysfunction, and it is the common cause of end-stage renal disease. Pathogenesis of this disease is not clear, now people think it is closely related to immune-mediated, research about cytokines and signaling pathways are also increasing. Although there is no its name in traditional chinese medicine, but according to clinical symptoms and characteristics of the disease, it belongs to "edema","back pain"," hematuria "and so on. Yi shen qing li Granule is created by my professor, and consists of astragalus membranaceus, atractylodes macrocephala koidz, cornus officinalis, eucommia, oriental waterplantain rhizome,hedyotis diffusa and other traditional chinese medicine,which tonifies Qi of the kidney,clears away heat and promotes dampness.It focuses on animal experiments and clinical observations adout Yi shen qing li Granule how to intervene NF-κB signaling pathway in chronicnephritis. The main contents are as follows:First, Yi shen qing li Granule effects the NF-κB signaling pathway in rats with C-BSA chronicnephritisTo Yi shen qing li Granule treatment C-BSA glomerulonephritis rats, and testing24-hour urinary protein,serum creatinine, albumin, cholesterol, NF-κB (nuclear transcription factor) and its related cytokines TNF-α, IL-6before and after treatment. Results are expressed:Yi shen qing li Granule can improve symptoms in rats, reduced24-hour urine protein and serum creatinine, elevated serum albumin, reduced the level of serum TNF-a,IL-6.It is better than Shenyan kangfu pian in improving cholesterol tended to increase, reduce NF-κB.Second, Yi shen qing li Granule effects the NF-κB signaling pathway in Patients with Dampness-hot and Kidney deficiency syndrome in chronic glomerulonephritis.We selects38patients of syndrome of Dampness-hot and kidney deficiency of chronic glomerulonephritis. They were divided into control and experimental groups.The control group received conventional therapy, and the experimental group received conventional therapy+Yi shen qing li Granule. Observe the TCM symptoms, the clinical symptoms, test24-hour urinary protein quantitative, renal function (serum creatinine, urea nitrogen), serum NF-κB and its related cytokines TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10before and after treatment. The results show that:Yi shen qing li Granule can improve symptoms of patients, decreased24-hour urine protein,reduced serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen,reduced the level of serum IL-6, TNF-α,NF-κB,and enhaced the level of serum IL-10.Through these studies show:Yi shen qing li Granule can inhibited the NF-κB signaling pathway, and inhibited the expression of inflammatory factors (such as IL-6, TNF-α),so it can improved clinical symptoms, reduced urine protein,slowed the progress of renal function and so on. This may be one of the mechanisms of Yi shen qing li Granule treating chronic nephritis kidney. |
